The Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program is a new state-wide program initiated by the Florida Supreme Court for cases filed involving residential homestead property involving commercial loans on or after August 2, 2010. Despite the name of the program, case management services also include financial counseling, as the program is more comprehensive than mediation... The Elder Justice Center (EJC) is a court program that primarily helps persons age sixty (60) or older who are involved in the court system because of guardianship, criminal, family or other civil matters. Through educational efforts, EJC also works to help people avoid unnecessary involvement with court matters.
