Doug Pelfrey - CEO, President

Doug Pelfrey is the President/CEO of the Propel Company. Doug has worked with professional athletes, client events, charities and corporate partnerships for over 15 years. Prior to joining Propel, Doug was the President of Legacy Management Group. Through his leadership with LMG, Doug managed the business development for more than 25 professional athletes, including: Corey Dillion, Derrick Mason, Chris Reitsma, Karl Mecklenberg, David Akers, Phil Dawson, Brian Moorman, David Pollack, Dermontti Dawson and Brandon Webb. On the corporate side he oversaw real estate transactions and client projects for the NFL, Meijer, US Bank, Coca-Cola, Best Buy, Hewlitt-Packard and Nike. While at LMG, Doug was elected to the Regents SEC Hall of Fame for his excellence in business and received the Cincinnati Humanitarian award for his commitment to philanthropy. Prior to his business career Doug was a professional kicker for the Cincinnati Bengals for seven years. As a NFL player Doug set several records for both the Bengals and the NFL, including setting the mark as the most accurate kicker in NFL history. During his time with the Bengals, Doug founded Kicks for Kids to help at-risk children. Through his effort Doug was a recipient of the NFLPA's Byron ‘Whizzer" White award for his contribution to team, community and country. As the Chairman of Kicks for Kids, Doug secured partnerships with General Mills, Skyline Chili, Morgan Stanley, Grainger, Duke Energy, Delta, Comair, Outback Steakhouse, Messer Construction and Marriott. Through Doug's vision, Kicks for Kids continues today to be recognized as one of the most successful non-profit organizations in professional sports. Doug is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife and three children.

Tom Miller - CFO

Tom Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of Propel Company. Tom has spent over 30 years of his business career in the commercial banking industry and the finance business. Prior to Propel he was the Senior Fund Manager of a Cincinnati based private equity fund, which was created to provide "bridge funding" to emerging and established corporations. He held several key management positions in a variety of commercial banks in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Those positions included being the President and CEO of a $67 million community bank in southern Indiana for over three years as well as the Senior Vice President in charge of the entire loan department in a $120 million bank in northwest Ohio. At this bank he managed primarily a commercial loan portfolio in excess of $90 million for a number of years. Tom was also the VP/Regional Manager for a $3 billion regional commercial bank in Northern Kentucky. In addition to his significant management experience he has been instrumental in developing policies and procedures, as well as leading the business development and sales efforts in the banks in which he worked. In addition to his corporate work he was an accomplished adjunct professor for several colleges and a well respected civic leader. Tom is a graduate of Bluffton University and resides in Cincinnati with his wife. He has three grown children and four grandchildren.
