RocGrowth is a grassroots, volunteer organization with 2,400 members founded in 2013. We aim to identify, support and build community for the new generation of leaders, as Rochester regains its rightful place among prominent progressive and prospering cities. Through our RocGrowth Coffee and RocGrowth Candids events we break down barriers and create opportunities for interpersonal interaction, encouraging fellowship and pride in belonging to the Rochester community... Founded in 2013, RocGrowth℠ is a grassroots, volunteer organization with 2,400 members, growing & connecting in Rochester, NY... RocGrowth aims for equality of race, class, gender and age in all its endeavors, recognizing the mistakes of our past have impeded our progress.
