Aimee Wagner

Aimee currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at TrialCard. Aimee joined TrialCard in 2008 as the company's first HR Generalist when she took on the responsibility of creating the role and function of the HR department. Since then, Aimee's team has been instrumental in supporting the growth of the company from 70 to 750 employees working across ten corporate locations. Aimee's list of accomplishments includes developing a company-wide employee review process, creating a new incentive program, implementing the company's first HRIS system, and supporting the company through its first acquisition. Aimee treats TrialCard's employees as her own customers and keeps them in mind with every decision that is made. For her, it's important to always balance the needs of the company with the needs of its employees. Prior to joining TrialCard, Aimee served as HR Assistant and HR Generalist during a nine-year career at Charles and Colvard, Ltd. Aimee holds a degree in industrial relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Together, Aimee and her family are active supporters of local animal rescue foundations. In her spare time, she is an avid runner and has completed four marathons and over 20 half marathons.

James Allocco - CTO, EVP

James Allocco joined TrialCard in August 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience as a healthcare technology executive with repeated success in leading and transforming technology organizations. James is responsible for all aspects of TrialCard's technical landscape including Product Solutions, Dev/Ops, Analytics, Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Cyber Security. Prior to joining TrialCard, James was Executive Vice President and CTO at PRA Health Sciences in Raleigh, North Carolina. There he was responsible for the global transformation and integration of all technology for the core Clinical Research business and subsidiaries including Symphony Health. Prior to his time at PRA, James served as Senior Vice President and CTO at Cedar Gate Technologies, where he was responsible for the creation and management of SaaS claims processing and analytics platforms, and Vice President of Technology at Evernorth, a Cigna company. James holds an M.S. in Telecommunications and Computing Management from New York University's Tandon School of Engineering.

Jonathan Savage - COO

Jonathan serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads all related aspects of TrialCard's patient support services operations. Jonathan has been with TrialCard since 2010 and has held leadership roles in both program management and operations.

Joseph Abdalla - Chief Commercial Officer, President

Joe Abdalla serves as President and Chief Commercial Officer for TrialCard, where he leads all related aspects of sales, marketing, client services, and operations for the organization. Joe joined TrialCard in June 2014 to lead the company's growth and expansion into the broader Market Access/Patient Services segments, which continues today. Joe possesses vast experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, where he has held a variety of sales, marketing, and executive leadership positions. Throughout his career, Joe has focused on commercial, P&L management, M&A activities, and general management. He has held executive management roles with United BioSource Corporation (UBC), HealthStar Communications, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). A registered pharmacist and member of the UNC School of Pharmacy Board of Visitors, Joe holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Campbell University. In his free moments, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sonya, and their three sons.

Karen Russell - CFO

Karen Russell is a global finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is a strong leader and influential communicator who empowers team members, drives performance, and delivers results. Prior to joining TrialCard in July 2019, Karen served as Chief Financial Officer for Evidera, a business unit within Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), a leading global contract research organization (CRO). She also enjoyed a long and distinguished career at GSK, where she served as VP, Finance for the Respiratory Business Unit, US Pharma. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she starred on the Yellow Jackets basketball team. She is a member of the Georgia Tech Basketball Hall of Fame and was named an Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Legend in 2009.

Mark Droke

Mark Droke is responsible for overseeing sales and business development activities to further drive TrialCard's solutions in the patient affordability, market access, and Healthcare Professional Engagement spaces. Mark has a strong background in leading successful pharmaceutical sales organizations. Prior to joining TrialCard in December 2015, he held various senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and training with Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Salix Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson. Mark's personal pharmaceutical industry experience drives his insight into the needs of TrialCard clients and the value of TrialCard solutions. Mark holds a BS in General Studies from East Tennessee State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily, and their two children. Outside of the office, he can usually be found on the golf course or coaching youth baseball.

Michael Carlin

Michael leads TrialCard's Engage HCP team. Since joining TrialCard in 2015, Michael has pioneered TrialCard's HCP Engagement and Education efforts. led the TrialCard Marketing Team and served as a VP for Business Development. Prior to joining TrialCard in 2015, he enjoyed a 22-year career with GSK, where he held a number of leadership positions in sales and marketing. Michael's pharmaceutical marketing experience has included developing and executing strategic plans for consumers and health care professionals for multiple brands as well as unbranded educational efforts. His passion for uncovering customer insights that translate into distinctive communications for target audiences is at the core of his approach. Michael holds a BS in Business from Marquette University and has completed the Transformational Leadership for Executives Program at the Wharton Business School. He and his wife Gillian, live in Raleigh with their three children.

Michele Atchison - Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer

Michele Atchison is TrialCard's Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, serving as corporate secretary to the Board of Directors. Michele joined the company in April 2015 and brings over 20 years of legal experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She oversees TrialCard's legal affairs, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, healthcare regulatory matters, and corporate and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining TrialCard, Michele served as Director of Compliance with LipoScience, Senior Corporate Counsel and North American Privacy Officer for Quintiles, and Senior Corporate Counsel and Privacy Officer with Allscripts. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for US Laws and holds undergraduate degrees in business management and history from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a law degree from the University of Memphis. Outside of work, when she is not attending one of her children's various activities, she can usually be found running or on the tennis court.

Sini Abraham - SVP

Sini Abraham joined TrialCard in June 2016 as a Program Director in Hub Services and quickly worked her way up within the company's Market Access team. She currently provides oversight for one TrialCard's key strategic accounts across all service offerings and partnership. Sini has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturer and medical claims management space with focus on patient access and support services design and operational execution. Sini spent nine years at Biogen, holding various leadership roles within Business Analytics, Reimbursement, and Patient Access programs. In her last six years at Biogen, she designed, implemented, and managed Financial Assistance and Reimbursement programs for both PBM and Major Medical products with their MS and Hemophilia portfolios. Sini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science and Technology from Drexel University and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Stan Kurpiel - CIO

Stan Kurpiel joined TrialCard in April 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of TrialCard's technical landscape, including IT and Operations, Product Solutions Group, Reporting and Analytics, Service Operations, Business Service Center, Implementation, and Ongoing Support. Stan has demonstrated a career-long commitment to nurturing talent and strives to build teams that work seamlessly with the business. He brings over 25 years of experience in leading diverse global IT teams along with wide business acumen across various industries. Included in his experience are many successful implementations of Global ERP solutions along with deep experience in M&A related to IT and Business Integration. Prior to joining TrialCard, Stan was Vice President/CIO for Pergo LLC for 14 years and held a number of Senior IT executive-level positions within the IT Consulting, Manufacturing, and Medical Distribution industries. Stan holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in business computers from Clarion University in Pennsylvania. When not building teams and systems, Stan extends his expertise to projects outside the office. This includes working on many projects on his seven-acre miniature farm in Wake Forest and at his home on North Carolina's Outer Banks.

Tim Ogren

As General Manager of Policy Reporter, a TrialCard company, Tim is responsible for ensuring corporate strategy is manifested in the company's payer intelligence solutions portfolio. Since joining TrialCard in 2010, Tim has held executive leadership positions in both sales and client services, experiences that are invaluable in his current role. Prior to joining TrialCard, he spent nearly 20 years in the business intelligence, data analytics, and data management industry. Tim held senior business development positions at leading technology companies like Informatica and SAS. Tim is a graduate of the University of Missouri. He and his wife, Kendall, live in Cary with their two daughters. In his spare time, Tim enjoys trail running and mountain biking.
