Kez of Seven Mushrooms has a strong background in cheffing and a desire to make luxury, flavourful foods accessible to all restaurants and home cooks. And it's a passion for mycology that led to the start of this particular business here in Sheffield... Seven Mushrooms launched with two products (Umami Salt and Mushroom Coffee) at the end of 2021, while we set up our gourmet mushroom growing operation, which is now producing the freshest gourmet varieties in the South Yorkshire area... Gourmet mushroom farm based in Sheffield, UK. We also produce mushroom related dry goods, such as our Umami Salt and Lion's Mane Coffee!
