Andrés has extensive experience in the Spanish private banking as director of trade finance departments in top-notch institutions throughout the Iberian Peninsula, he has led foreign trade operations for more than 15 years, implementing the best security strategies for his corporate clients, Andrés also has a certified experience of more than 20 years with the management of capital market instruments and banking instruments.
He was formerly managing director heading up investment banking origination team at JB Capital (JBC) in Spain, the independent investment bank founded by Javier Botín. His role was to source transactions for the investment banking activity at JBC linked to technology, real estate, infrastructure, and renewables. Among his responsibilities, he maintained regular contact with global institutional investment funds, family offices, and asset managers.

Gastón is an economist with extensive experience in investment banking, he has developed a successful career working in institutions such as Bank of India, CitiGroup Uruguay, Interactive Brokers, among others. He is an expert in risk analysis in investment projects.
Heriberto G. Stein developed his career in the financial industry at three international commercial banks, Lloyds Bank, Bank of Boston, and American Express Bank, and at an investment bank, Lehman Brothers holding various executive positions. He was also the COO and was at the Head of the Latin American Division of GIVE EcoEnergy, Corp. (USA). During his residence in the USA he was a representative of De Larrobla y Asoc.for North America and the Caribbean. He currently develops Investment and Real Estate projects in several countries in America and Europe, as Director of Glotranser S.A.S. During 2017 he served as an external consultant for Sinergia Tech, getting involved in the preparation of entrepreneurs, and the necessary structures to develop their projects locally and internationally.

Héctor Díaz is a leading international financial advisor with extensive experience in transactions such as M&A, Project finance, Private Equity Deals, among others, he has extensive knowledge in processes such as compliance and due diligence. Héctor is also a cathedratic in econometrics and time series, thus he is the head of Smart Investment Group trading department.
Mark Roggers - Chief Investment Officer

Mark was appointed as a member of the Management Board on August 1, 2020. He is Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and is responsible for Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Governance, Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime and the Business Selection and Conflicts Office. In May 2023 he took an additional responsibility for the Americas region. Mark Roggers joined SIG on August 1, 2019. He was a member of Deutsche Bank's Supervisory Board between August 2016 and July 31, 2019 and was Chairman of its Integrity Committee. He is a lawyer and certified tax consultant and between 1997 and 2016, he worked at a major law firm, where he was made partner in 2002.
Melisa has a strong, proven commercial background and profit focus. Track record of success in a senior sales leadership role including prior experience as a Chief Commercial Officer.
Natalia has extensive experience managing the creation of tax management strategies to optimize tax impacts, with experience in firms such as EY and KPMG in Latin America.
