Carolyn Bostwick - President

Carolyn Bostwick is a co-owner and the General Manager of ServiceMaster of Baltimore. She joined the ServiceMaster family in 1980, working part time while attending college. After earning her AA, BA, and JD, Carolyn came to work full time for ServiceMaster of Baltimore in 1986. She started with the company supervising, maintaining, and acquiring all janitorial accounts and as the business evolved into disaster restoration she was responsible for all the internal administration of the company. She currently is responsible for all financial aspects pertaining to ServiceMaster of Baltimore. Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Cesar Ortuna

Cesar brings a vast knowledge of the industry to the team with experience in water, fire, and mold clean up and restoration.

Joe Donaldson

Joe has been with ServiceMaster of Baltimore for three years. He is IICRC and OSHA certified.

John Bostwick - President

John Bostwick is a co-owner of ServiceMaster of Baltimore and joined the firm in 1987 after spending 6 years serving our country in the United States Navy as an Air Traffic Controller. When John joined ServiceMaster of Baltimore they were predominately a Janitorial Services Company specializing in evening building maintenance. Seeing a need for qualified disaster restoration mitigation vendors in the Baltimore area, John concentrated his efforts in growing the company in that service line. Their services expanded to include the following services: Water Mitigation Fire and Smoke Remediation Vandalism Removal Sewage Cleanup Cleanup as a result of Homicides, Suicides and Natural Deaths or Incidents and involving Body Fluid Pack-Outs and Detailed Inventories Moving and Storage Over the past three decades, ServiceMaster of Baltimore has grown into one of the largest ServiceMaster Franchises in North America and continues its mission to provide unsurpassed customer service coupled with expert professionalism in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. John has been married to Radio/TV personality Kim Knight for 27 years. He has 3 wonderful children: Kate, Drew, and Kelly.

Kate Bostwick - COO

Kate joined the ServiceMaster family the summer prior to her senior year in college as the Marketing Intern at the ServiceMaster Restore home office in Memphis, Tennessee. After graduating from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland with a Business Management degree, she joined ServiceMaster of Baltimore in the Operations Department handling insurance jobs. Kate is currently the Director of Operations with ServiceMaster of Baltimore, overseeing the Marketing Department and office administration. She also attends various business association meetings and teaches continuing education classes both here on-site and at insurance companies upon request.

Ryan Peters

Ryan has been with ServiceMaster of Baltimore for more than a year. He has experience in water and fire mitigation as well as repairs. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, he traveled all over the country overseeing remodels for Nordstrom, Christian Louboutin, Kate Spade, and Akris to name a few.

Sam Ardizon

Sam has worked in the restoration industry for 10 years. He is IICRC certified in water restoration, applied structural drying, microbial remediation, fire and smoke restoration, upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, trauma/biohazard cleanup, and is a Master Water Restorer.

Tom Davies

Tom Davies is a Field Project Manager. He currently handles all contents packing, moving of contents, cleaning, warehousing, and storage services. Tom worked for a top insurance carrier for 17 years from 1989-2007. After working in office and handling multi-line policies, he was moved into the field in 1999 as a large loss content adjuster for approximately 8 years. Tom started working for ServiceMaster of Baltimore in 2007. Tom likes golfing, skiing, and poker, but his favorite past time is motocross and has raced for 15 years. He has a wife and a daughter.
