Khushi Ram has previously worked in Lucent Technologies, Unisteel Technologies, Tiger Airways in various roles including being the Chief Financial Officer for the companies, he has also held the role of President of South East Asia Region for Alcatel-Lucent in the past.

Rahul has over 20 years of rich global experience in the areas of Sales, P&L leadership and as an entrepreneur. His experience spans the Hardware/ Infrastructure, Software Consulting, Offshore Outsourcing and Professional Services Industries.
Rahul is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of two companies Destar Inc and e-Healthline. Destar provides Executive Recruitment, Professional Service as well as Sales Advisory Services that helps companies build their Go to Market Strategies to increase sales and foster growth. e-Healthline is business focused on Corporate Wellness. In addition he is a Partner at the IT Services company - SystemGuru.
Ravi is a hands on Leader. He has vast experience of working in US and has lead strategic initiatives in Managing Clients and setting up Efficient Delivery teams for providing Right Talent at Right Time.
His understanding of the US markets provides Mentorship to the fast growing Delivery teams in India. Ravi manages the Destar office in Noida and under his Leadership it has become the fastest growing Global Delivery center in Destar. Optimizing and Effective delivery is the cornerstone of his operational excellence.
