Ken is passionate about the way people relate to one another. He became fascinated with people who are authentic and can connect with everybody. His early observations came from a 26 year career as an executive at IBM. He pursued the communications skills business in 1992 with Decker Communications and ultimately became President of the firm. Ken founded Taylor Consulting Group in 2001. The focus is to insure that people understand their authentic communication style. We help them modify their behavior so that their style comes across in the wide variety of communication choices available today - face to face, voicemail, email, video conference, teleconference, and social media. As people adopt these principles they will drive business results with their customers and enhance the bottom line of their companies.
