Adriana ventured into the real estate industry in 2021 when she moved to San Miguel de Allende. She is certified as a real estate consultant in the state of Guanajuato. In 2022, she joined The Agency where she works as an associate specializing in the sale of construction projects and land. As a mother of two, Adriana values the time she spends with her family and friends. In addition to her professional career, she also runs a family-owned timber business. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She also actively supports local charities.

Cheri had full intentions of retiring from theReal Estate world when she and her husband moved to San Miguel de Allende in 2021. She was a top-producing real estate agent in the Houston area for 12 years and a director of HR in the Los Angeles area for 12 years before that, not to mention her 2 5 years in the food and beverage industry starting ni the Napa Valley and ending in Santa Monica CA. Retirement was calling!! She always knew they'd one day move to Mexico in retirement, but they weren't sure exactly where to start the new chapter of their lives. Both had traveled Mexico extensively over the years. On their first visit to San Miguel, they knew their decision was made.

Juan Diaz Rivera comes from a family of leaders and innovators. From an early age he became acquainted with real estate development and marketing, which led him to become a partner in the founding of Capella Pedregal (now the Waldorf Cabo San Lucas at Pedregal) - one of the highest ranked luxury retreats in Mexico. For over a decade, his leadership and market knowledge served as a COO of Grupo Riveras: a real estate firm with several joint ventures that include Pedregal de La Paz and Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas, the first luxury residential community in Los Cabos. Juan was also a keystone in the success of Grupo Riveras' Brokerage: Coldwell Banker Riveras, which was awarded the #1 Coldwell Banker office in Mexico for 14 consecutive years. He continues to be active in all aspects of real estate, through Artifex.Team focusing primarily on business development in its Hospitality, Brokerage and Development divisions including the development of 1 Hotel and Homes Cabo. Juan maintains an active involvement in business development for The Agency Los Cabos focusing primarily on large commercial transactions and heads up day to day New Development Sales division.

Naomi Lawler began her real estate career in San Miguel 21 years ago at a boutique firm back when real estate in San Miguel really began to trend with international clients and foreign investors. With a degree in Communications from the University of California San Diego and a background in Investor Relations and Radio, she used her solid communication skills and business acumen to broker fair deals that suited both buyers and sellers early on in her real estate career. She and her partner identified lucrative investment properties in prime, central locations and restored, remodeled, and built several homes in San Miguel. Both as a business owner and by serving her community through charity in non-profit organizations over the years, Naomi is a consummate San Miguel local with a remarkable personal network that both enrich her life and provide valuable contacts, connections and opportunities that help facilitate efficient purchase and sales processes. As a wife and mom, Naomi prides herself on being a great multitasker with a high level of professionalism. When Naomi is not at work for her clients she spends her free time with family, playing tennis, cooking, arranging flowers and hosting friends and family.

With a background in education and non-profit work, Ruben's passion for being of service and guiding his clients through the real estate buying and selling process aligns perfectly with his role at The Agency San Miguel. A growing love of design and architecture motivated Ruben's transition into real estate. Having called Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and San Miguel de Allende home, where design and architecture abound, has allowed Ruben to nurture that appreciation that set the path to real estate. Ruben has spent countless hours over the decades volunteering for many organizations that dedicate their energies to causes such as dog rescue, youth empowerment, social justice, and environmental issues. He is excited to continue that tradition in San Miguel de Allende by currently helping the local high-kill shelter.
