Mr. McQuinn attended Cedarville University in Ohio, where he earned his undergraduate degree, before graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law, in Boulder, Colorado, with his Juris Doctorate.

Ethan McQuinn worked on and went to trial on the ground-breaking case Gonzales v. Mascarenas. This case changed the wrongful death law in Colorado so that a parent can now bring a wrongful death claim on behalf of a nonviable fetus born alive.
He also co-counseled the ground-breaking case Etherton v. Owners Insurance, which helped define when cases can be brought against insurance companies for unreasonable delay or denial of claims. He has orally argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals as well as the 10 th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
He has served as trial counsel on multiple six and seven-figure verdicts.
Mr. McQuinn strongly believes the way to obtain the maximum settlement is to prepare and be ready to go to trial if the insurance company won't pay fairly. Kari Jones Dulin is a founding partner of Dulin McQuinn Young LLP. Ms. Jones Dulin is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. Travis Young specializes in auto accident cases, trucking accidents, premises liability, dog bites, catastrophic injuries, and bad faith cases. Mr. Young has obtained several seven-figure verdicts and settlements. In 2021, Mr. Young obtained one of the top ten personal injury verdicts in Colorado. As a Senior Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Young was responsible for prosecuting felony cases involving insurance fraud, mortgage fraud, organized crime, workers' compensation fraud, securities fraud, thefts involving licensed insurance producers, and thefts involving licensed bondsmen. Mr. Young also served as a legal advisor for the Colorado Gang unit at that time.
