Aruna Maganaarachchi is the Head - Facilities Protection governing the end-to-end procedures and processes of Transnational Security Solutions Lanka. He brings valiant experience from Sri Lanka Navy as he was in the Rank of Commander 1983 January - 2001 September. Also, he has collected more than 18 years of domain knowledge with ISO standards in compliant security and solutions related to private security and development. Aruna is presently reading for the doctorate (Business Administration) at Asia e University. He completed his Master of Business Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University with HRM Specialization and has followed multiple Human Resource Management courses and training to strengthen his knowledge in the HRM specialty.
Nishshanka currently holds the position of General Manager at Transnational Security Solutions Lanka and has accumulated over 21 years of work experience, with 16 years at the senior management level. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of West London in September 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Management, Special Degree, from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in December 2004. Additionally, he is a fellow member of CA Sri Lanka and the Institute of Finance Managers UK, holding several distinguished accounting qualifications. In February 2019, he earned a diploma in Security Management from Securitas AB, Sweden. Furthermore, he is a Certified Forensic Investigator.
