We purchased our first carpet and wood flooring from Wall 2 Wall Flooring in 1984 and we have been loyal customers since that time... We have been very pleased with the service, the attention to detail and the quality of the products. They have always been helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have... Such things as TQM (total quality management) and other mechanically enforced programs are faddish and short-lived. True enduring quality comes from people who CARE about their customers.
