As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Benchimol is responsible for strategy and policy, operations and daily management of the company; and designing the appropriate products to address these market trends. Mr. Benchimol has considerable corporate management and financial experience gained in the global gaming market and information technology sectors. He is a member of the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Benchimol has graduated in Economics and Business Administration, holds a Master Degree in Economics and International Finance, and a post-graduate title in International Trade - all from University of Barcelona, Spain. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Lottery and Gaming sector.

Jaymin Patel has served as Manager of Win Newco Holdings since January 2021. He is currently a Director, President and CFO of Clarim Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: CLRM) and Executive Chairman of Cloud Agronomics Inc., an agricultural technology company.
Up until August 2018, Jaymin was a Director and the CEO of Brightstar Corporation (A SoftBank Company), a $10 billion+ global provider of mobile device services.
Jaymin has extensive global gaming experience having held senior leadership positions for more than 20 years at IGT plc (NYSE: IGT), formerly GTECH/Lottomatica - including President and CEO of GTECH Corporation (2007-2015) and CFO (2000-2007). He also serves on the Board of Bally's Corporation (NYSE: BALY) and Willis Towers Watson PLC (NASDAQ: WLTW)
Previously, Jaymin worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in London. He grew up and was educated in the UK, holds a BA (honours) degree from Birmingham City University (UK), and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
Juan Cortina Gallardo was born in Mexico City on August 3rd, 1968. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Grupo Azucarero Mexico GAM, one of Mexico's largest sugar producers, since 1997. Since 2000 he is a member of the board of CULTIBA, Mexico's only PEPSI bottler. Since 2007 He is a member of the board of Win Systems International, a software and manufacturer of gaming solutions with operations in more than 60 countries. Since March, 2007 he has been Chairman of the Board of the Cámara Nacional de las Industrias Azucarera y Alcoholera. Mr. Cortina has a Bachelor Degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM) and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University
