Andy is SCLD's Strategic Lead: Participation & Partnership. This includes much of SCLD's engagement work, and supporting other organisations with policy and practice development.

Ann is the Director of Cactus Consulting, and a former Board Member at Quarriers. She joined the Board at SCLD in 2017.
Cameron is SCLD's Development Worker, supporting the SCLD team to deliver events, conferences, workshops and engagement activities, as well as leading on key development programmes, such as employment.
Charlie is the Chief Executive at SCLD, responsible for the overall strategy of the organisation as well as the staff team.

Eddie is the Chief Executive at Downs Syndrome Scotland. He was previously Director of Development at Sense Scotland and a former Board member at Indepen-dance. Eddie joined the Board at SCLD in 2017. He is also dad to Finlay who is 15 and has Down's Syndrome.
Eileen joined the Board at SCLD in December 2016. She is a Service Manager in housing and community care at Perth and Kinross Council.

Fiona is the Assistant Director (Accessibility & Inclusion) at the University of St Andrews. Fiona joined the board in 2022.
Graeme manages SCLD's finance and resources, carrying out duties such as processing invoices, paying suppliers and supporting pay roll. Graeme also prepares the monthly accounts.

Iain is an Education Law Consultant at Cairn Legal, and former Chair of the Scottish Government Advisory Group on Additional Support for Learning. He joined the Board at SCLD in 2017.

Jan is the Executive Director of Scottish Human Rights Commission and was previously Director of ENABLE Scotland. She joined the SCLD board in 2022.

Jeannie works alongside the Include For Good Rapporteurs to co-design, deliver and report on their engagement with people with influence and power in Scotland and to ensure that these conversations lead to actions that will bring about systemic and sustainable change.

Jenny Miller is the Chief Executive of PAMIS, a national charity which supports people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, their families, carers and professionals. She joined the Board in 2015.

Kenneth is the Policy and Public Affairs Manager (Devolved Nations) at the British Red Cross. He joined the SCLD board in 2022.
Linda is the Head of Delivery supporting the implementation of SCLD's strategic direction, through leadership and management of the organisation's operational objectives and delivery plan.

As Strategic Lead: Policy and Rights, Lorne engages in policy development at a national level with a particular focus on social security and housing.
Lucy is the Team Support Coordinator at SCLD. She provides day-to-day support to the management team, projects and networks. As well as helping to create accessible information and organise events.
Marion is Executive Director of the Dollywood Foundation UK; the home of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, a book gifting charity that works with community partners to send carefully selected age-appropriate books in the post, every month, to all registered children from birth until their 5th birthday. Marion joined the Board at SCLD in 2017.
Marion is SCLD's project advisor. She supports the team on a number of projects including Our Future Leaders, Scottish Learning Disability Week and our lived experience boards.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant who works as a Relationship Director in the Higher Education team for Bank of Scotland. Mark joined the board at SCLD in 2018.
Matthew is SCLD's Development Worker - he works to support various projects as part of the Evidence & Rights hub, but also provides support across the SCLD team, helping to create accessible information.

- Gender Based Violence Project Adviser
Michelle is SCLD's Gender Based Violence Project Adviser, within our Human Rights hub. Michelle's post is part of the Scottish Government's Equally Safe fund, which aims to prevent and eradicate violence against women and girls. Michelle is also a registered learning disability nurse, with over 24 years experience in learning disability nursing.
As Programme Lead: Evidence, Ruth ensures that SCLD's work to promote the rights of people with learning disabilities is underpinned by the best available data. This includes utilising existing data, designing in-house research and collaborating with external partners.
