Liz & Trevor Judd founded the business in 1988, coming from a history of baking with four generations of family heritage behind them. The bakery has now achieved both BRC grade A and SALSA accreditation and showcases an array of scrumptious own brand handmade delights including a selection of café styled and food-to-go cakes. The business also offers its capabilities in manufacturing own-label products... Lizzie's have a long serving, dedicated and talented team, our longest serving member of staff has been with us since 1997!
