I built my career in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s delivering strategic communications and change programmes for leading communications agencies such as Wolff Olins, Grey Advertising and Pentagram. Shifting focus to the not-for-profit sector in 2006, I worked at senior management level for over 10 years in strategy, development, and communications roles for a number of charities, including Tomorrow's People and Norwood... In 2018, I set up a business advisory consultancy to work with charities and community interest companies (CICs) to help them navigate operational challenges and drive change in their organisations by focusing on sustainability and growth... Insights and expertise gained from nearly 20 years in the sector provide leadership teams with a strong and practical template for action. My experience extends across strategic and business planning for development and growth,transformation and change, stakeholder communications, and board governance.
