FTSQUARED - Key Persons
Andrew has a wealth of experience across a range of sectors and contract types having undertaken projects in the UK and Spain with Bovis Lend Lease and RISE Management Consulting.
Prior to joining FTSQUARED, Andrew was the Director of Project Management at RISE, where he oversaw the PM team, as well as project managed the Royal Academy of Music which won both the 2018 RIBA National Award and London Building of the Year Award in addition to the 2018 AJ Retrofit of the Year Award.
Andrew was also previously the Chief Operating Officer of the Construction Industry Council which represents the broad interests of 35 professional institutions and was a board member of leading industry groups such as the Considerate Constructor Scheme, the BIM Task Group and the Green Construction Board.
Annabel has been working as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at FTSQUARED for six years. Her role is multi-faceted and includes finance, marketing, HR and general business support. She has over 10 years' experience in marketing and business administration. Prior to FTSQUARED, Annabel worked as a compliance and administration consultant at an accountancy firm in London, and as a marketing executive for in-house marketing teams.
Ben has over 15 years' project management experience in the UK construction & manufacturing industry. He has handled the delivery of a range of complex and challenging projects valued between £1 million and £45 million working with private and public sector client organisations. Prior to joining FTSQUARED, Ben was an Associate Director with the Global Property & Construction Consultant, Gleeds. Ben is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
David combines hands-on technical and professional development management experience spanning his 45-year career. This has seen him take on responsibility for both technical output and the commercial success of business-critical systems and financial sector fit-out projects. In his previous roles, David managed delivery teams for projects and managed the internal audit processes, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to the staff, in particular junior engineers.
Enda has over two decades' experience in the construction industry. He has extensive knowledge of the building environment from construction economics, network development, building regulations and health and safety procedures. Prior to FTSQUARED, Enda worked as project manager for several companies including John Paul Construction and P. Elliot & Co. As project manager, Enda handled the overall management of large-scale sites from co-ordination of subcontractors, maintaining programmes, health and safety, quality and directing a team of site management.
Eoghan has over two decades' experience in the construction industry in both Ireland and Australia. Eoghan's career to date has focused on initiating and recovering project delivery systems through endorsing high-performance cultures that allow delivery of results, eliminate risk and promote exceptional safety standards. Prior to joining FTSQUARED, Eoghan held a pivotal leadership position on the Ichthys Project, one of the world's largest and complex projects, operated by the Japanese oil and gas company, Inpex, who are a global energy company.
Ged Feeley - Chief Commercial Officer
Ged has over three decades of experience in developments in the UK and overseas. He has an outstanding track record in the initiation and successful implementation of strategies for major development ventures across a range of sectors. Ged has a first-class reputation in the industry for achieving and exceeding targets, coupled with an effective non-adversarial approach to solving contractual and commercial challenges. He leads the specialist functional team within FTSQUARED and provides oversight for operational activity. Prior to FTSQUARED, Ged held senior executive positions with blue-chip organisations including Faithful and Gould, Bovis Lend Lease and KW Linfoot plc.
Prior to becoming Chairman of FTSQUARED John was Chairman of Bovis Lend Lease and previously CEO of Bovis Lend Lease in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. John is also past Chairman of the Major Contractors Group and the Strategic Forum for Health and Safety.
He was a Non-Executive Director of the Board of the Health and Safety Executive and has been a Councillor on the London Region of the CBI. In June 2006 he was awarded a CBE in the Queen's birthday honours.

Joseph has a wealth of experience in project and development management. He has worked as Project Director on a variety of high-value developments in the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors, managing large site teams from initiation to completion.
Joseph has 30 years industry experience as a project manager in Ireland, Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia, working across several disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical and Automation in Engineering Design, Construction, Commissioning and Validation processes. Prior to joining FTSQUARED, Joseph was a Project Manager for Amazon Data Centres, and part of a global team responsible for the implementation and delivery of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Critical Projects associated with existing live data centres.

Liam is the founder and CEO of FTSQUARED and has over 30 years' experience in Development Management. He leads the strategic agenda for the company and plays an active role in the development of customer relationships. Liam has also been responsible for the creation of strategies for the successful realisation of some of the more significant real estate ventures undertaken within the UK and Ireland in the 2000's.
Prior to forming FTSQUARED, Liam held senior executive positions with blue-chip organisations including Bovis Lend Lease and The Berkeley Group.

Michael has a mechanical engineering background and has since worked in technology roles for 35 years. This has seen him take on many technical as well as managerial roles in the IT context at world class organizations including UNICEF, Mckinsey, Shearman & Sterling LLP and many others. As a technology advisor to Fortune 100 clients in NYC, he shaped the technology needed to support new and complex business opportunities as well as developing leading edge wireless, knowledge management and team collaboration systems. At FTSQUARED he is helping to drive a digital transformation which will optimize every aspect of the business.
Neil has extensive experience in both public and private sector development projects, working in a variety of roles including preconstruction, design, planning & operations and some of the largest PFI projects in the last decade. Prior to joining FTSQUARED, Neil was Head of Preconstruction & Design at Broadley Group, where he oversaw two departments including Design Management, Estimating, Planning & Document Control, and links with Operations and Health & Safety.
Nicholas has worked for over four decades in the engineering and construction industry. He has a wide range of experience in sectors including airport expansion, commercial, educational, and healthcare. As Programme and Preconstruction Manager, Nicholas identifies and engages with key parties that have the most detailed knowledge of a project, ensuring that the programmes he produces are based on fact.
Pauric has over 15 years' experience working on many civil and structural operations in Ireland and Australia. He is skilled in all bulk civil and structural operations with experience in roads, rail, tunnel, marine and demolition works along with a heavy focus on cost tracking and forecasting. Prior to FTSQUARED, Pauric worked on various major projects for John Holland Group in Australia. Most recently, Pauric was Area Manager for the John Holland CPB Ghella joint venture at Martin Place Station on the Sydney Metro Tunnel and Station Excavation (TSE) works.
Peter has extensive experience in commercial management of construction projects in Ireland and the UK. He gained his expertise in a range of sectors and contract types from both sides of the construction industry (Construction Management, Management Contracting, General Contracting to PQS and Employers agent), involving large, complex and challenging projects valued up to 50 million.
Ray has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He has extensive and direct "hands-on" management experience in the execution of specialist geotechnics, civil engineering works and general building projects. Most recently Ray has worked on fast track methods for the construction of mission-critical projects for the construction and delivery of data centres, pharmaceutical plants and wind farms.
With over 20 years' experience in the industry, both in pre-construction and construction delivery, Richard has a wealth of experience across a range of projects, sectors, contract types and construction techniques in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining FTSQUARED Richard trained with Bovis Lend Lease and was rapidly promoted through the organisation
Russell combines a hands' on and professional engineering background with development management experience over a career spanning 26 years working for major contractors and clients both in the UK and internationally. Prior to joining FTSQUARED, Russell held several senior management positions in Lend Lease and JBRE Ltd Project Management and Construction Services.

Sarah has over 10 years of experience working in roles based in the UK and the Middle East. She has strong planning and organisational skills and is well versed in working with large project teams and managing information storage and retrieval systems.
Sarah is currently completing a course in Business Sustainability Management at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership, University of Cambridge.
Over the past 30 years' Terry has worked for several national contractors on major civil engineering & building projects. He has operated at the highest level of development management including communicating creative visions to both central and regional governments. Prior to FTSQUARED, Terry held a senior position at Gleeds where he worked on projects in a wide range of market sectors including commercial property, healthcare, residential, pharmaceutical, industrial and leisure.
Tony is an experienced professional in the World of the built environment and has held senior executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, for some of the UK's leading sector practitioners. He has specialist knowledge in relation to corporate governance, development best practice and complex corporate transactions and has previously chaired a number of strategic joint ventures. Tony has also contributed to a range of responsible business initiatives including leadership roles within The Prince's Trust and Business in the Community and served on the Awards' Panel for the regional deployment of EU Structural Funds.
