Morecambe Sparkle CIC is a new community interest company set up in 2022. Morecambe illuminations were a 'spectacular wonderland of light' that once attracted visitors in their thousands, and it is our aim is to bring that sense of wonder back again to Morecambe in a 21st Century style... Morecambe Sparkle CIC is a Community Interest Company that has been set up to develop a long term light arts festival in Morecambe. The festivals will be known as Baylight (this year it was named Baylight ‘23, next year will be Baylight 24).
