Chinh has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from University of Ulsan, South Korea. Before Blacksheep, he was the Application leader at Blacktrace, a UK-based scientific company. At Blacksheep, Chinh provides leadership and management of all scientists and is accountable for all science R&D activities.
A chemical engineer from Vietnam, Chinh has a Phd in Chemical Engineering from University of Ulsan, South Korea. He supports the Blacksheep team by performing customer demos and installations and presenting and hosting sessions on applications and products during training and workshops.
Mechanical Engineer Duy holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a British university and is now a Project Engineer who combines physics, mathematics, and imagination to design mechanical systems. He applies his machine design, structural mechanics, finite element analysis skills to make Blacksheep concepts and ideas from sketches and CAD designs into reality.
Giang graduated with degrees in English language and Culture and Literature and Internal Business Economics and she also has an MBA from UK. Before Blacksheep, Giang had 13 years of working experience with British Council Vietnam where she had built up strong networking and proposal writing skills and now she is the person responsible for all Blacksheep Operations in Vietnam including HR, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Office Management.
With a passion for nature, biology, and a strong technical flair, Ha An has embraced various roles in business development and commercialization over the past 8 years, in various life science research instrument and software companies across Asia, Europe and the US. She's a perfect blend of tech-savvy and people skills.
With Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University (US), Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Smart Telecom and Sensing Network from Institute Polytechnique de Paris (France) and Aston University (UK), Hang has a diverse skillset and experience. She is currently a software project engineer at Blacksheep researching and developing world class products with other team members. Utilize her software and firmware development experience, her expertise in AI and edge computing, along with her curiosity and ability to learn, she designs high level architecture for Blacksheep's products and manages software development process of the team.

Specializing in Digital Marketing, he worked first for Buorre Oy and then Danaher Corp. He also completed his bachelor's degree in Finland, followed by two double degrees in Finance and Marketing in Paris and Seoul respectively. Hoang does bring a wealth of experience in Digital Marketing Data to the Marketing team.
John's extensive background in engineering encompasses life sciences, medical devices, microfluidics and manufacturing. He navigates the ups and downs of R&D by focusing on the goal, by transparent communication, and by knowing that there is always a way forward. He's instrumental in innovating and optimising technology, and coaching the team to greater things.
As the person-in-charge of planning and execution of marketing activities in Asia Pacific region, Bui Lan Anh supports all Blacksheep partners who outsource their marketing activities to Blacksheep. Having a degree in International Economics, Lan Anh uses her market research, event planning, communication skills to coordinate all activities for Blacksheep as well as their partners.
Mechanical Engineer by profession, Lap has graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Lap manages development, prototyping and manufacturing projects within the Blacksheep system. He is also involved in the design and manufacturing of Blacksheep products and covers all the technical issues about each project to ensure that the processes are running smoothly through each phase.
Graduating from University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) in Medical Science and Technology, Linh is working with single-cell RNA sequencing data at BlackSheep. In her opinion, this technology provides insights into cellular and tissue complexity like none other before. Her work includes writing codes for data-processing pipelines, creating blog contents that aids users with high-throughput data, and communicating with experts. She is advancing the field of bioinformatics with the hope that the technology would reach as many scientists as possible and people find ease dealing with it.
Mark studied Engineering and worked in the Aerospace and F1 industries before moving from UK to the USA to develop mail handling equipment and later the very first DVD players for Philips. Mark stumbled into scientific and medical device development, and in 2001 he started what has since become a group of companies called Blacktrace Holdings Ltd with HQ near to Cambridge. Blacktrace has been the leader and first to market in a range of scientific fields connected to microfluidics, and as a result Mark has been on the editorial board of the highest impact academic journal in the field.
Muriel holds a master's degree in Biotechnology from France and a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from the UK. With a customer-oriented foundation and a rich background in microfluidics and lipid nanoparticles, Muriel now spearheads process enhancement at Blacksheep Power, ensuring operational efficiency and commercial success.
As a graduate of Mechatronics Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Nghia's main job is to design the electronic circuits for the devices. On top of that, he helps his line manager in controlling the motors of their devices. Nghia hopes to hone his electronic circuit design, programming microcontrollers, wiring harness design and other engineering skills and can apply all the theory he learned in school in real life at Blacksheep.
Ngoc has a degree in Finance from National Economics University and also a Master's degree in Management and International Business from Nottingham Trent University. As a true blacksheep, although with no engineering background, she enjoys engineering things and realizes that doing math is not really cumbersome. For every project she manages, she tries to balance flexibility and discipline, not only among her own team but also among partners and suppliers. For her, minimizing cost is a goal but quality is not something to compromise with.
San has more than 10 years working in tech business industry. She joins Blacksheep with extensive experience in Marketing, Commercial Team Management and Project Management.

As a Biology Major from Tay Nguyen University, Thuong is another Blacksheep who is responsible for many sales related activities such as promoting sales to existing distributors and clients as well as finding potential clients, supporting and solving technical problems related to equipment including pre/post-sales follow up and providing ongoing support among various other things.
Vu has a Bachelor's degree from University College London (UCL) and a Master's degree from Imperial College London in Finance and now he, as a Regional Sales Manager, is in-charge of Sales and Marketing activities for Blacksheep and their partners. Everyday, he interacts with the Technical Application team, local Distributors in various key markets, and customers everywhere in the region in order to deliver advanced microfluidic solutions for scientific research.

With a degree in Control and Automation, Vu leads product development at Blacksheep, overseeing the intricate domains of electrical systems, firmware, and technical documentation. Prior to joining Blacksheep, he worked as a mechanical engineer at Cannon.
Vu has graduated recently from Hanoi University of Science and technology and holds a degree in Control and Automation which is crucial to his role as a project Engineer, Vu develops products and his tasks are related to electrical systems, firmware and technical documents. Vu uses his programming language skills, expertise in control algorithms and circuit design skills to design and create products for Blacksheep.

Xuan has a degree in Natural Sciences (Biotechnology) from Minerva Schools at KGI (now Minerva University), USA. At Blacksheep, she takes charge of driving our tech and innovation efforts.
Xuan has a degree in Natural Sciences (Biotechnology) from Minerva Schools at KGI, USA. With the "blacksheep" spirit, Xuan switched from studying humanities to studying science in junior high school. Then soon after, she decided to join and help build a new university concept from scratch with her professors and peers. Her main job at Blacksheep is productizing Bioinformatics as a service for single-cell analytics. She coordinates her team, collaborators, and clients to bring out the best customized data solutions.
