Andrew Bale is President of Tango Networks. He is an experienced telecommunications professional focused on helping companies to grow through clarity of vision and operational excellence. Throughout his extensive career in telecommunications, networking and enterprise solutions, Andrew has held a range of C-level positions in 3Com, Flexion Systems, Avaya, Resilient Networks, and Jersey Telecom, among other firms.

A company co-founder, Andrew Silver serves as Tango Networks' Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Silver is an entrepreneur and business technologist who has held senior management and director roles in large and small wireless companies including Ericsson, Nortel Networks, Comverse and Spatial Wireless. He is an accomplished speaker at wireless industry forums and has been granted more than 100 patents across multiple disciplines. Silver is an IEEE Senior Member and Board Member of the IEEE Dallas Communications & Vehicular Technology Society. He was named to the list of 30 Most Innovative Business Leaders by Insight Success. Mr. Silver holds an electrical engineering degree and an MBA from McGill University.

Doug is a recognized leader with more than 45 years of industry experience. He has led more than 20 successful sales, acquisitions, mergers, and financings of high-tech firms. Prior to co-founding Tango Networks, he founded and led Microtune, a firm that he took public on NASDAQ. He was a division president at Cirrus Logic, was president and CEO of Acumos, and has held various leadership positions at other leading technology enterprises. He has been a national finalist as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year; MTBC CEO of the Year, NRCC BusinessMan of the Year; and most recently listed as a 2018 "10 Most Admired CEOs to Watch" by Insights Success. Bartek has an electrical engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with highest honors, and both a M.Eng. and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Robert (Bob) has 42 years of telecommunications industry experience and is responsible for worldwide Business Operations, Staff Management, and service delivery and product introduction into the wireless carrier and enterprise network environments. He previously served in various senior management positions, including Tier 1 wireless carrier customer program management operations for Mavenir and Mitel's mobile division. Hegwood served over 21 years in the U.S. Navy, as a Cryptologic Officer, serving in a number of key senior leadership roles as Executive Officer, Administrative Officer and Department Head. He has a B.B.S. (Cum Laude) from the University of Phoenix.

As Vice President of Finance and Controller for Tango Networks, Tara is responsible for implementing and maintaining general accounting procedures and ensuring the accurate reporting of financial data. She is also involved in investor relations and managing payroll and benefits for all employees. The majority of her 10 years of accounting experience has been with companies providing software solutions, including Quickoffice and Google. Hurley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
