Aaron is a member of the research team at PER, assisting in identifying and connecting with new talent throughout the private equity space.

Alex joined us in 2014 and specialises in venture capital and growth funds.
Since starting a business at university, he has been passionate about disruptive and innovative companies. He is an expert at sourcing people with technological or entrepreneurial backgrounds for entry-level venture capital roles, as well as having a large network across Europe for more experienced investors.
Outside of work Alex can be found underachieving on the sports field but excelling in the club house afterwards.
Anna joined the PER research team in November 2021 and is based in the Munich office. She focuses on Venture Captial and Growth clients, working to expand PER's network of strong candidates with relevant experience in startups, tech and venture capital.
Prior to working with PER, Anna has studied Law & Economics at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on Human Rights and International Law.
Annabelle specialises in private equity roles in the mid-market and lower mid-market.
Her main focus at PER is placing first time entrants and mid-level investment professionals into investment and portfolio M&A roles. This includes those with a background in corporate finance, investment banking and strategy consulting, as well as those already in private equity.
Annabelle joined PER in 2018 after completing an Economics degree in Edinburgh.

Anne-Catherine works in the Zurich office and covers private equity roles in Switzerland, including primaries, secondaries and co-investment opportunities in mid-to-large cap investors.
Formerly a trained concert violinist, Anne-Catherine completed an MBM in New Zealand before gaining experience in MarKom. Prior to joining PER, she was recruiting in the financial services industry in Zurich with a focus on risk profiles.
Away from work, Anne-Catherine is passionate about the arts - including food, wine, and whisky! Having grown up in Valais, Switzerland, she is also a mountain lover.

Benjamin is a Senior Consultant leading PER's Zürich office. He covers private markets roles in continental Europe with a focus on Switzerland and Germany. His projects encompass investment functions in venture capital, growth, as well as private equity and private debt funds, including a growing number of family offices.
Charlie is part of the research team at PER, helping to identify new potential in Private Equity.
Charlie is a Politics and International Relations graduate from Cardiff University. Outside of work, Charlie is a passionate Brentford FC fan whose other passions are cooking and music
Charlie is a Principal Consultant, Director of UK and a member of our leadership team. He has been involved in securing roles for more than 1000 people around the world, placing more people in the mid-market, growth and venture capital industry than anyone else in Europe since joining PER in 2006.
Charlie is recognised as a market leader for senior hiring, and spends much of his time managing client relationships. He has spoken at INSEAD, is a regular commentator in the industry's media and is published in Private Equity Internationals book "Inside the Fund Management Firm".
Charlie' s market expertise and extensive network are underpinned by more than five years private equity and venture capital investment experience.
Away from work, Charlie has an active home life; married with three young children, he is a former ski instructor and is a forever-hopeful Kidderminster Harriers fan.
Daniela leads our Frankfurt office where she and her team help private equity investors and family offices ranging from first-time local funds to established international large-cap houses to find the right people for their teams covering the DACH market. Working on roles from Analyst to Partner level, Daniela also provides advice on career progression for private equity professionals.
Before joining PER, she worked at a search firm for one year and at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt for nine years. Over the past few years, she has gained extensive market knowledge and built a wide network in the financial Industry in Germany and abroad.
Daniela holds a degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University. She is passionate about arts and politics, fashion and lifestyle. She is a keen runner, enjoys good food and loves to travel.

With the support of his team, Dean specialises in junior through to executive level HR, recruitment / talent, legal and compliance hiring across the private equity, venture capital and alternative funds space.
Prior to starting his recruitment career in 2015, Dean was part of the Great Britain flat-water kayaking team for eight years, where his greatest achievement was winning a bronze medal at the world championships.

Debbie is the Head of Investor Relations and Fundraising at PER. Her 13 years of experience placing Investor Relations professionals within private markets funds have allowed her to build an incredible network within the industry. Working with funds of all sizes across Europe, Debbie provides strategic advice on team build-ups and structures.
Debbie started her career at PER as a generalist private markets consultant and through her tenure, she has made hundreds of placements within investor relations and investment teams at private equity funds, secondaries, direct investment and co-investment teams. Prior to PER, Debbie was within the wealth management business at Citi. She is a fluent Spanish and French speaker, strengthening her relationships with clients across Europe.

Euan specialises in the Middle Eastern Private Equity market and strategic infrastructure sectors at PER. His focus is on leading research and networking efforts for distinguished clients on a global scale.
After completing a degree in Law at the University College of Dublin, Euan worked in the NGO sector. He joined us in 2021.
Outside of PER, Euan enjoys finding new music, visiting galleries and museums, and sitting outside in the sun with a good book.

Gail is the Managing Director and founder of PER, setting up the business in the late 1990s after a career in private equity at 3i.
As well as running PER, she is a passionate member of the private equity community and actively involved in developments that shape the sector. These currently range from the evolution of effective compensation strategies to diversity and inclusion, ESG and mental health.
Gail has a deep network across the private equity industry in the UK and internationally, and shares her knowledge and insight through conferences, articles and in every interaction with the people she meets.
Away from work, Gail focuses her attention on family matters. She's an enthusiastic cook and an energetic hiker getting the most she can from the great outdoors.

Harry specialises in finance and tax mandates across the private equity and venture capital space, leading a team that focuses solely in this area.
He is an expert in all finance and accounting roles, placing professionals from CFO to recently qualified level, as well as other areas of operations, such as portfolio monitoring positions and tax mandates across the UK and Europe.
He joined PER in 2018 after completing his degree in Economics and Finance at Leeds University.

Helene is part of the research team at PER, working to identify and connect with people in key industry areas relevant for private equity.
Helene graduated from the University of Nottingham having studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Outside of work she enjoys reading and exploring different areas of London.
Hong is part of PER's Research team and is based in our Frankfurt office. She focusses on expanding PER's network and building relationships with banking professionals and students with relevant internship experience.
Working on mandates within mid to large cap PE funds she covers searches for junior investment professionals as well as M&A Manager searches for their portfolio companies. Hong Joined PER in 2019 after completing a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management East Asia with a focus on Japan. She is fluent in German, English and Vietnamese and has conversational Korean and Japanese.
Outside of work, Hong enjoys travelling, exploring Frankfurt's food culture and singing whenever wherever.
Since joining PER three years ago, Isabel has built strong relationships with business students, banking and consulting candidates as well as clients in the Private Equity industry.
Working in the Frankfurt office, she covers a broad range of mandates, from investment professional searches within lower, mid, to large-cap PE funds, to M&A/Business Development manager roles in their portfolio companies. She represents PER at international university events to inform future talents about possible career paths into PE and keeps in touch with regular meetings.
Isabel is happily available for a catch up call or coffee to talk about current trends and answer any questions to get a better understanding of the recruiting market.
In her free time she enjoys a nice scenic walk, weekend city trips across Europe and finding the best brunch restaurants in Frankfurt.

Jack joined us in 2016, starting his career in London as a management accountant before moving to Hong Kong as a search professional.
Jack focuses on investment and investor relations roles across Asia. His clients include private equity firms with investment strategies spanning buyout, growth and venture capital.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys hiking and cycling. As a former competitive swimmer, you may catch him swimming at the local beach - if the weather permits!

James is a long suffering football fan, regularly making the journey north to watch Barnsley FC with family and friends.
Jerome is part of the Asia team, focusing on advising junior candidates who are looking to make their first move into Private Equity from a corporate finance, investment banking and consulting background.

Jocelyn is a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team at PER. She focuses on in-house IR and Fundraising roles for private equity, venture capital, private debt and real asset firms across Europe. Through detailed market mapping, she has developed a strong network of junior and senior industry professionals.
Prior to starting at PER, Jocelyn completed a BA degree in German and Spanish at Cardiff University and spent a year abroad studying and teaching in Germany and Spain.

Jonathan joined the PER research team in 2022 and is based in the Frankfurt office. He is helping to identify new potential in key industry areas relevant for private equity.
Prior to working with PER, Jonathan has studied Psychology at the Universities in Frankfurt and Erfurt before he found his way into the recruitment industry.
Away from work, Jonathan can be found in the gym, playing basketball or riding his racing bike. Besides that, he has found a passion in baking all sorts of cakes and developing his cooking skills.
Joshua is part of the mid-market team, primarily focusing on advising junior candidates who are looking to make their first move into Private Equity from a corporate finance, investment banking and consulting background.
Joshua came to PER from the University of Kent, having studied Economics.
Julia focuses on Venture Capital and Growth Roles. She aids the Tech team by mapping and networking with junior professionals in the VC space.
After graduating from the University of Bristol, Julia has recently moved to London.
Outside of work you can find her getting muddy growing a variety of veggies and exploring London's live music and food venues.
Julian is part of the DACH team and joined us in 2021. He is working on mandates ranging from entry level to senior roles.
Julian studied general management in Bad Homburg before he found his way into the recruitment industry. Prior to joining PER, he was recruiting in the financial services industry, placing candidates in a variety of roles in financial service providers and banks.
Away from work, Julian can be found in the gym, doing Krav Maga or tasting unique gins. Besides that, he reads a lot and has discovered a passion for cooking.

Júlia is part of our research team, focusing on building relationships with junior banking professionals looking to start their career in Private Equity.
Júlia, originally from Spain, moved to London in the pursuit of an international career.
Outside of work, Júlia tries to experience all of the gastronomic opportunities that London has to offer and enjoys wandering around the city.

Kate works on roles across the private equity and venture capital market, with a specialist focus on ESG, sustainable and impact investment.
Kate spent over 15 years in the private equity market working as an Investor Relations Manager for both Capital Dynamics and SVG Advisers before moving into recruitment five years ago. She is also a graduate of Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, a qualification that underpins her knowledge of sustainable investment.
Managing our Asian business and overseeing our Hong Kong and Singapore offices, Linn secures influential roles from Associate to Managing Director levels across the Asia Pacific region.
Born and raised in Sweden, Linn joined us in London in 2012 and relocated to Asia in 2014. Having placed well over 150 professionals into the Private Markets space, she is an advisor for our clients seeking advice on the market and candidate trends in Asia. She is fluent in English, Swedish, Cantonese, Mandarin and conversant in Shanghainese.
Away from work, she is an active hiker, with a fondness for red wine and fine cuisine.
Lydia specialises in energy transition and renewables private equity roles. She works on mandates across all levels, from Analyst to Partner.
Lydia joined PER in 2021, having worked in Global Markets at State Street and as a graduate at Investec. Prior to this, she completed a degree in Politics and International Relations at Bristol University.
Margaret (Mimi) heads our Latin American business, having placed well over 100 investment professionals in the region. She handles senior-level search mandates for private equity funds, with a special focus on industry-specific funds including real estate, energy, infrastructure and financial services/fintech.
Maurice works with the PER mid-market team on placing private equity professionals.
He has an unrivalled ability to screen and interview candidates with extreme due diligence following his previous background in Human Intelligence.
Miri is part of the Asia team, with a focus on junior level investment and investor relations roles in private equity funds, and proactively maps out the relevant candidate pool.
Outside of work, Miri runs track and field actively, and enjoys creating new food.
As a Lead Consultant in our London office, Nick partners with clients on a variety of roles internationally.
Nick is active on international searches, including Middle East and Europe. He is from London and spent ten years in Asia executing international search mandates across the region in corporate banking, transaction banking and risk management. This included building up a market-leading corporate banking presence for a major US bank. Nick also led the Asia executive recruitment function across ten countries at a global life assurance, pensions and asset management firm.
Outside PER, Nick writes for an art magazine and enjoys travelling, reading and watching football.
Nina is part of the PER DACH team, based in our Munich office. She focusses on senior candidate searches for a broad spectrum of private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Nina joined PER in 2021. She is a keen networker and holds a Masters in Business Administration.
Outside of work, Nina enjoys time with family and friends, specifically in the Bavarian mountains.
