, leads, coaches and inspires the Headmasters renowned artistic team to ensure exacting standards of hairdressing across the 58 independent High Street salon group. He is integral in creating signature looks, services and salon experiences in line with Headmasters ethos of beautiful, fashionable, confidence-boosting hair. Andrew is winner of British Hairdresser of the Year, Creative Head Most Wanted Hair Icon as well as holding an honorary doctorate for services to the hair industry. Andrew is passionate abut sharing his passion for hair with audiences across the globe.
Clare Hansford, Headmasters Creative Ambassador is the perfect Headmasters Ambassador, starting as an apprentice over 15 years ago she has succeeded at every level of the business. Clare cares passionately about helping each and every client to look and feel the best version of themselves and can often be found consulting not just on hair colour, cutting but also fashion, skincare and health etc. Clare runs a highly coveted column in Headmasters Raynes Park as well as regular journalist appointments that have a six month waiting list. Clare believes in life long learning and is also a trained make up artist (London College of Fashion). Clare lives and breathes fashion and when not found backstage at Fashion Week, she will be found teaching session skills to the Headmasters team, on photo shoots and with her dedicated celebrity fans.
Nicole Iroh, Headmasters Creative Ambassador and an expert in all hair textures. Nicole particularly specialises in Afro Caribbean hair, having won L'Oreal Colour Trophy Mizani Afro Look Award and Hairdressers Junior Afro Stylist of the Year. Nicole also heads up the Headmasters Pro Session Team and is a regular at Fashion week working on London, New York, Paris and Milan shows for the industries biggest names as a trusted member of their teams every season. Nicole is passionate about catwalk hair and this year Nicole is the hair lead for Graduate Fashion week 2019. Last year Nicole was a finalist in the Most Wanted Texture Expert award and she has most recently been working on a film project abroad,

Sian has worked for Headmasters for 10 years starting her career as an apprentice at Headmasters flagship salon and progressing throughout her 10 years to a Colour Expert, Academy Manager and member of the Artistic Team.
Sian says, "I am so excited to take on the role of Colour Ambassador, creating beautiful wearable colour has truly been a passion of mine for a long time. I believe that being at the forefront of the business will give me the opportunity to demonstrate this and I am looking forward to being part of the Creative Ambassador team."
