Christy is a passionate and caring physio who strives to create a safe space for all of her patients to be heard and valued. Her drive comes from being able to make a difference and getting people back to doing what they love.
Physiotherapist Christy graduated from University of Sydney with Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019, and since then has been undertaking various post-grad learning including Pilates, women's health, dry needling course, with sports physio experience.
Her passion lies in empowering women through their journey, from general musculoskeletal injuries, acute sports injuries to pregnancy care and recovery.
Jenny completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree from the University of South Australia in 2022, and moved to Sydney in 2023. Throughout her four years of study and in her work as a registered physiotherapist, she was able to gain experience across public and private health sectors, ranging from hospitals, paediatrics, occupational health, and private practice. Her experience as a reformer Pilates instructor and football club trainer demonstrated the role of physiotherapists in preventing and rehabilitating injuries and inspired her to bring a sense of community in her work. She has progressed on to learning the full Pilates Studio repertoire on all equipment.
Jenny is passionate about looking at health and wellbeing through a holistic sense; combining evidence-based practice and patient centred care to set realistic goals, maximise function and increase quality of life. Jenny is friendly and always willing to listen to ensure your treatment and management strategies best align with your goals and lifestyle. She is a strong advocate for a healthy, balanced lifestyle and believes exercise to be paramount in maintaining and improving function to enjoy what life has to offer.
In her spare time Jenny enjoys days at the beach, Pilates, exploring Sydney, and finding new restaurants.

Kim has over 37 years of experience as a physiotherapist and is working with PPFC supervising Physiotherapy Group Sessions and designing and instructing Gentle Pilates Classes.
Kim believes in empowering her clients with knowledge to assist in injury prevention and recovery. She offers her combined experience in Physiotherapy, Pilates and dance to challenge postural and movement patterns, working with her clients to get that "light bulb" moment, where they understand how to move beyond their pain or postural limitation using exercise.
Additionally, Kim is an educator and assessor for the Australian Dance Institute and a provider of nationally accredited courses in assessment, dance teacher training and dance training.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys photography, salsa, ballet, cooking and travelling.

Lisa started her career as a professional dancer, first becoming involved with Pilates in the early 90s. She has taught dance at Sydney Dance Company, Aboriginal Dance Theatre, the University of Sydney, Bodenweiser, Broadway and various high schools.
She opened her own dance school on the Northern Beaches in 1994. In 2005 she applied for and won a scholarship to become a Certificate IV Pilates Instructor with Pilates International. She completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates Practice in 2008 and her Advance Diploma of Professional Pilates Practice in 2010.
Lisa is passionate about the benefits of movement for the body and spirit. She believes you can always improve in what you do and will continue to study to improve her knowledge and skill. She is currently studying for her Bachelor of High Performance Sports at the Australian Catholic University with a view to progressing onto Exercise Physiology, particularly regarding training for elite dancers. Clients enjoy Lisa's thorough and detailed work and some fun, during their Pilates workouts.

Michelle has an extensive background in theatre, performance and dance. While performing as a dancer in Paris she sustained a back injury that led her to the Pilates Method, helping her explore rehabilitation and other ways of adapting movement beyond the stage and dance training.
While living in Athens, Greece she undertook a 3 year apprenticeship with Jenny Colebourne a second generation Master Teacher.
Michelle has over 20 years' experience teaching Pilates to people of all ages and body conditions.
She brings to her classes a deep respect for the Pilates Method and principles. She is passionate about staying informed with the latest developments in Pilates and movement and is also a founding member of The Greek Pilates Association.
Her greatest satisfaction as a teacher is when she sees how the method helps her clients become stronger and more graceful in body, mind and spirit.
Moira is both a former ballet and Irish dancer and discovered Pilates for herself back in 2000. She used Pilates to improve her ballet technique and recover from injuries during her full time ballet training. She continued Pilates whilst attending university for dance, achieving an associate degree in Dance performance at QUT in 2005.
In 2010 Moira completed the APMA Pilates instructor course, whilst still completing her competitive Irish dancing career. After competing at Worlds in 2012, she completed her dance teaching certificate. She now has both her TCRG in Irish dancing and RAD registration in ballet teaching, which she still teaches around Sydney.
Moira loves to be able to use her Pilates knowledge to help everyone achieve their goals and prevent injury, as well as help rehabilitate their injuries. This interest in injury and exercise rehabilitation has inspired her to return to university to current study of Exercise physiology at UNE.

Yurena is a physiotherapist who graduated in The Netherlands in 2012. Over the years she has built experience working in Aged Care and Geriatrics, as well exercise therapy and rehabilitation. Yurena has an extensive background in sports and has completed her certificate III and IV in fitness. She has also worked as a stretch therapist and has a keen interest in using stretching and strengthening as a form of rehabilitation. Besides, her passion for sports having played rugby, tennis, athletics, and boxing, she also dances performing Brazilian Samba and teaching Afro- Caribbean roots classes.
