He has held key positions such as Centre Head for Artemis Lite and Daffodils by Artemis, overseeing revenue generation and operational excellence. Aditya has also served as GM Administration & Chief Administrative Officer for Universal Hospital in Sudan and as VP of Operations for EzCred Pvt. Ltd. His educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in History. He is a proactive individual with interests in conservation, volunteerism, and reading on various subjects.

Dr Sharma has served at several private clinics in Mauritius in a number of executive roles, including those of Deputy Medical Superintendent and Head of Medical Services. He has been able to optimise processes, streamline workflows, and promote efficiency in healthcare delivery thanks to his understanding of healthcare administration and competence in hospital operations. Dr Sharma is currently the Group Head of Strategy and Development at Artemis Mauritius, with his strategic leadership and vast experience proving to be pivotal in leading hospital operations, including facility management, IT, sales and marketing, general administration, market intelligence, and procurement among others.
