Jennifer has been teaching Yoga for 14 years and is a Certified Master E-RYT 500hr Yoga Instructor. She has a 300hr certification through Jonny Kest, 300hr through LifePower Yoga, and 200 hour certification through Core Power Yoga. Currently Jennifer teaches Yoga at the LifePower studio in the Twin Cities. Jennifer is a trained professional dancer with her BA in Dance from Point Park College in Pittsburgh. In 2003 she was hired as Director of Dance at the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center for aspiring Olympic skaters. From 2005-2008 she taught dance master classes in New Jersey, New York and throughout the Midwest. Jennifer believes that mind matters most and that Yoga is a way of finding your truest nature through breath and observation.
