Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies is a free and confidential NHS service, for people aged 16 and over, who are registered with a GP in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale or Craven... Our service supports people with their mental health and wellbeing by providing access to short-term talking therapies for mild to moderate common mental health problems. We do this by completing an initial assessment with you and recommending suitable therapies, or support, best suited to the problem/s you are currently experiencing and the goals that you have set for yourself.
