Alan Foster has been a California licensed real estate agent for more than 30 years. During that time, he has also been involved in all areas of real estate development on projects ranging from parking structures and high rise towers to single family homes.
As Alan has stated, "My over 30 years of experience in the real estate and development areas has taught me to listen and communicate with my clients to maximize their real estate needs."
Even with Alan's busy schedule, he finds time to volunteer with several civic organizations. He raises and rescues exotic birds in the Southern California area.

Karmen Mastin started her real estate career in the late 1980's, working alongside her parents, and then quickly found her niche representing homebuilders in New Home Sales. For the next 17 years, she worked for a number of large and small homebuilding companies and developers, including Brock Homes, West Venture Homes, Western Pacific Housing and Shea Homes.
Founder of Big Valley Real Estate, Tom Mastin started his Real Estate career in 1973 as a Real Estate Agent for Sierra Realty in Palmdale, California. Soon after, Tom associated himself with Christock Realty who primarily sold land in the Antelope Valley with four local offices. In 1975, Tom joined Desert Wide Real Estate as a Real Estate Salesperson (and later a Real Estate Broker), and subsequently became the manager of their Land Division. Desert Wide grew over Tom's sixteen-year affiliation to be the premier Real Estate force in the Antelope Valley with over 70 agents and facilities that housed a Title, Escrow and Mortgage company.
