Not only is a home a shelter, it is a place to share meals with our families, a gathering place for friends, and a place to connect with our neighbors. The CD NWA is committed to strengthening families, neighborhoods, and communities by developing safe and affordable housing options for Northwest Arkansas... Our development types include independent senior housing, assisted living housing, affordable family housing, and demonstration projects. We also administer tenant rental assistance programs. Management income sustains our operations, but we do fundraise to support our Havenwood and Assisted Living service programs.
