Barry Moore

Barry most recently was involved with BlackLine Safety as their VP of Product Development for 15 years before retiring in May of this year. Prior to BlackLine Safety, Barry was at BW Technologies again as VP of Product Development for eight years prior to its acquisition by Honeywell. Barry understands product development and industrial design. Barry's familiar with early stage companies and with detecting sensors and hardware development. Barry knows sensor and hardware development with 15 years as product development leader in early-stage companies.

Jim Hardin

John Walsh

John has an extensive career in agriculture and recently retired after 32 years at McCain's. He spent the last ten years responsible for advising McCain's potato storage managers around the world. During that time, he helped develop a shrink reduction program for nearly 100 McCain-owned potato storage facilities, storing more than 1 million tonnes of potatoes annually worldwide. He graduated from Simon Fraser with a degree in Biological Sciences and completed a Master's in Horticulture at the University of Guelph. John's experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. 38 years in potato storage, 32 years at McCain's, master's in Horticulture - John brings extensive experience to Cellar Insights.

Martin Vetter

Pierre Doyon

Pierre is an accomplished entrepreneur, having most recently led Chariot Carriers as President and CEO through to the company's sale to Thule. Pierre also has relevant agriculture business experience with his 17 years as President and CEO of Adculture. He appreciates the culture and dynamic of the agriculture market and did some work with AVAC in creating the Carrot Venture model. Pierre also plays an active role with the Venture Mentoring Services of Alberta Association and contributes a coaching mindset to discussions.

Ross Culberson - Founder

Ross is a sixth-generation potato grower with a particular interest in using technology to streamline production and post-harvesting processes. He owns a potato farm in Eastern Canada and a small equipment dealership. With multiple years of awards from McCains as a top producer, Ross has a track record of cultivating high-quality potatoes. He is passionate about developing technologies to equip the next generation of farmers to produce more with better quality of life.

Terry Sydoryk - CEO

Terry has over 30 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, largely focused on company creation and growth. He's led multiple early-stage technology companies, four with successful outcomes. Most recently, he was CEO of Chaordix until Benevity acquired it. Terry also frequently supports business teams as a mentor, board member or angel investor. Experienced CEO and builder of multiple early-stage technology companies, four with successful outcomes.
