CIVITAS NETWORKS FOR HEALTH

Civitas Networks for Health is a national collaborative comprised of member organizations working to use health information exchange, health data, and multi-stakeholder, cross-sector approaches to improve health... During the event, Gravity Project provided an overview of their work and accomplishments across the terminology, technical and pilot workstreams. Civitas introduced our collaboration with the Gravity Project on an Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-supported initiative to further the dissemination of their standards with a focus on public health and health equity.
