Catherine Moyer is chief executive officer and general manager of Pioneer Communications, chief executive officer of High Plains Telecommunications, Inc. and managing director of PGB Fiber LLC, telecommunications providers located in Ulysses, Kansas. Ms. Moyer is a director of The Farm Credit Council, a national trade association and serves as a member of the Encouraging Adoption of Precision Agriculture and Availability of High-Quality Jobs on Connected Farms, a working group of the Federal Communications Commission Precision Ag Connectivity Task Force in Washington, D.C. David Kragnes is the former owner and operator of David Kragnes Farm, a corn and bean row crop farming operation located in Felton, Minnesota. Duane Anderson is the operations lead of J-Six Enterprises, LLC., a diversified farming, milling and consolidated cattle and hog operation located in Seneca, Kansas. He is also the former chief operating officer of Sioux Steel Company, a manufacturer of agricultural buildings and equipment, the former president and chief executive officer of Ag Partners Cooperative, Inc., an agricultural cooperative located in Seneca, Kansas and the former president and chief executive officer of The Great Bend Cooperative Association, an agricultural cooperative located in Great Bend, Kansas.

Edgar Terry is the owner and president of Terry Farms, Inc., a vegetable and strawberry farming operation in Ventura, California. He is an owner and officer of Amigos Fuerza, Inc., a provider of farm labor contracting, and Moonridge Management, Inc., a provider of back office and human resources consulting. Mr. Terry is also an owner and/or officer in multiple farmland real estate entities, and is an owner and officer of Willal, Inc., a sales and marketing company. He is a senior adjunct professor at California Lutheran University. He serves on the board of the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation, is a member of AgWest Farm Credit, ACA, and a former director and past board chair of Farm Credit West, ACA (now part of AgWest Farm Credit, ACA). Mr. Terry is a director of Limoneira Company, a publicly held agribusiness and real estate development company. Mike Marley is the owner of several irrigated farming, dairy and ranching operations, all located in Roswell, New Mexico. He is also owner of Advanced Thermovoltaic Systems, a renewable energy company. He is a member of American AgCredit, ACA and a former director of Farm Credit of New Mexico, ACA (now part of American AgCredit, ACA). Bob Behr retired in January 2023 as the chief executive officer of Florida's Natural Growers, Inc., in Lake Wales, Florida. He is a director of Farm Credit of Central Florida, ACA. Dr. Behr is also a director of Florida's Natural Growers Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization, of CUPS Co-op I, Inc. and CUPS Co-op II, Inc., citrus producers, and of Winter Haven Citrus Growers Association, a citrus processor and marketer. He is also an owner and operator of several citrus groves in Florida.
