EVOLVE FLEXIBILITY

Not only will Evolve Flexibility help restore balance and relieve pain in your body, but we also offer classes specifically for dancers. We work on training the correct dance technique and developing our feet, turnout and extensions etc... When certain muscles are flexible and others are tight or some are strong and others weak, it creates imbalance in our body. This imbalance can pull our bodies into positions that place stress on certain areas which have to carry the load and compensate for the weaker/restricted muscles. This causes pain and restriction of movement. At Evolve Flexibility we focus on restoring that balance, training both flexibility and strength. We train muscle groups individually and every class is designed to achieve a specific goal and improve a targeted area.
