Before Mr. DePillo joined First Foundation in May of 2015 as an executive, he served as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Sterling Savings Bank. He also served as Vice Chairman and President of Fremont General Corporation of Fremont Savings and Loan and held several executive and senior management roles with Commercial Capital Bank and Bancorp., Home Savings of America and Coast Federal Bank - all after starting his financial career with KPMG.
David DePillo serves as the President of EverBank and has more than 35 years of experience in banking operations, which includes leading teams that build innovative banking solutions. Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. DePillo served as the President of Dallas-based First Foundation Bank since 2019, which has 31 offices in Florida, California, Texas, Nevada and Hawaii.

Ebony Carey is Executive Vice President, Chief Auditor of EverBank. Prior to joining the bank, Ms. Carey held senior roles in the Internal Audit Services (IAS) division, dating back to 2008, where she led teams responsible for internal audit and advisory procedures across the company's corporate functions including Compliance, Law & Policy, Marketing & Communications and Human Resources. Previously, she was responsible for multi-year strategic people priorities across IAS, which included assisting with the integration of the internal audit team of the original EverBank. She has also held internal audit roles at First Charter Bank and the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Inspector General.
Ms. Carey began her career at the FDIC as an Assistant Bank Examiner, performing safety and soundness examinations of community banks regulated by the agency. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Towson University, has completed the TIAA/UNC Chapel-Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School Emerging Leaders Program, and holds the Certified Internal Auditor certification.
Greg Seibly is the Chief Executive Officer of EverBank. Mr. Seibly has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and more than 20 years in senior leadership roles.
Before joining EverBank, Mr. Seibly was President of Union Bank and Head of Regional Banking, in Los Angeles, Calif., and also served as a member of MUFG Americas Holdings' Executive Committee for the Americas.
Prior to joining MUFG Union Bank in March 2020, Mr. Seibly was President and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Seibly previously served as President of Consumer Banking for Umpqua Bank, Portland, Oregon; President and CEO of Sterling Financial Corp., Spokane, Washington; and California President for US Bancorp, in Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Seibly held executive roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
Mr. Seibly currently serves on the Pacific Bankers Management Institute Board of Directors for the Pacific Coast Banking School and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Bankers Association.
We are routine visitors to I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the homeless. Our volunteers provide financial literacy, budgeting and money management programs to empower people to break free from the cycles of poverty through financial education and employment resources.

John Elton serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, for EverBank. He joined the bank's technology team in 2014. In this current role, Mr. Elton leads all technology activities for the bank and is responsible for all facets of technology, information security, strategy, and delivery to support innovation, growth, and operations.
Previously, Mr. Elton served as the bank's Chief Technology Officer, providing leadership to the bank infrastructure, and architecture teams and guiding the overall technology strategy. Additionally, he has held roles leading the bank teams for deposit, marketing, and digital technologies.
Mr. Elton is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.

Lindsay Lawrence is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, for EverBank. Prior to joining the bank, Ms. Lawrence served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, at First Foundation Bank, where she was accountable for the retail bank, direct bank, and commercial deposit groups, deposit operations divisions, business intelligence, and the digital delivery, product, treasury management, and payment channels.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Lawrence held executive leadership roles with Umpqua Bank, and its predecessor, Sterling Savings Bank and Opus Bank; and leadership roles with Sunwest Bank, Vineyard Bank and Commercial Capital Bank.
Ms. Lawrence earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Northwestern University, and a Master of Business Administration from University of California, Irvine, both with Honors. She also is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. She received the honor of being named to the American Banker's Most Powerful Women in Banking: NEXT list in 2019 and currently sits on the boards of Clearinghouse CDFI and the Mater Dei High School Monarch Foundation.
Mark Baum - Chief Legal Officer, EVP, Secretary

Mark Baum serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of EverBank. Since joining EverBank in 2003, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, supporting the bank's directors, executive management team, and associates on a broad range of strategic, corporate governance, bank regulatory, and risk management matters. Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. Baum practiced law at the international firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, where he represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Aadministration degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Baum completed the TIAA/UNC Chapel-Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School Accelerated Leaders Program.

Megan Johnson is the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, for EverBank. In this role, Ms. Johnson leads all marketing and communications activities for the bank and is responsible for the bank's brand, advertising, and web properties, as well as social media and sponsorship strategies. She joined the bank in 2010, overseeing client and acquisition marketing. In 2017, Ms. Johnson joined the bank's then-parent company, TIAA, where she held several marketing senior leadership roles before returning to the bank in 2023.
Ms. Johnson received bachelor's degrees in management information systems and communications from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration degree from the University of North Florida.

Patrick "Pat" Rusnak is Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at EverBank. Mr. Rusnak brings more than 20 years of experience in financial institution executive leadership and management experience, including strategic planning, investor relations, regulatory reporting, crisis management, efficiency improvement, asset/liability management, M&A and enterprise risk management.
Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Rusnak served as Chief Financial Officer at Forbright Bank, PacWest Bancorp and Sterling Financial Corp.

Renuka Patel is Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO and Chief Administrative Officer of EverBank. Previously, she was Head of the Enterprise Marketing, Client Experience, Digital and Program Office group at MUFG Union Bank, and served on the bank's executive team leading integration activities and deployment of U.S. Bank's acquisition of the bank.
Ms. Patel joined Union Bank in 1994 and spent the first part of her career serving in various Branch Banking roles, including Senior Relationship Banker, Branch Manager, Region Manager, Market President, Head of Integrated Sales & Service and Enterprise Marketing Operations and Head of Client Experience & Sales Enablement. She also held the position of Union Bank Training Executive and was named Sales and Service Executive in 2011.
Educated in England, Ms. Patel is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, as well as the LEAD Program.

Robert Noble is the Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, for EverBank.
Mr. Noble recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for First Foundation Bank. Prior to joining First Foundation, he held senior roles at Umpqua Bank and its predecessor, Sterling Savings Bank; Countrywide Bank, FSB; Home Savings of America, FSB; Ahmanson Commercial Development; Transpacific Development Company; American Realty Advisors; and McCombs Corporation.
He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance concentration.

Seth Waller joined EverBank in 2012 and serves as an Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. With 30 years of experience, Mr. Waller's career has focused on bank credit and risk management. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Consumer Lending at U.S. Bank in Cincinnati. Earlier in his career, Mr. Waller held senior risk management and credit positions with GE Capital, Bank of America, and Transamerica.
Mr. Waller attended the United States Naval Academy and is a graduate of the University of West Florida. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2012, he graduated from the CBA Executive Banking School and has served on the faculty since then. He holds the Credit Risk Certification designation from the Risk Management Association and serves on the combined board of directors of RMA and BAI. Outside of work, Mr. Waller is active in the community and currently serves on the board of the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council.

Steven Potts joined EverBank in 2010 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to becoming CFO, he held various roles within Accounting and Finance, including as Bank Controller. He also has led the bank's corporate finance team and SEC reporting and technical accounting functions. Previous responsibilities included management of the bank's Dodd Frank Act Stress Testing program as well as regulatory reporting, management and board reporting.
Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. Potts spent six years at Deloitte, serving various clients throughout the country. At Deloitte, he specialized in the financial services industry in the firm's Banking practice and worked on various M&A and IPO projects. Mr. Potts also worked with the local financial services industry practice on consultations and other financial services industry work related to various banking and mortgage banking organizations in the region. While at Deloitte, Mr. Potts also served as a financial instrument subject matter resource, including derivative and hybrid financial instruments.
Mr. Potts received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 2003 and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

William Gray is the Executive Vice President, Head of Practices and Controls, for EverBank. Prior to joining the bank, he was Head of Risk and Control for MUFG Union Bank, where he held other senior roles including Division Audit Executive, and managed various functions including second line risk management, human resources, legal and administrative functions.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Gray served as Chief Auditor at Rocky Mountain Bank and also held senior roles at Jackson State Bank and Trust, eBay and PayPal. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and received a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University.
