Faiers Training also works with a select band of specialist trainers. We only however use people regarded as experts in their field and who have a proven track record delivering training. We never engage people to train from a script... Faiers Training work closely with the client to ensure that the course reflects your organisation's environment and ways of working. We also refer to any relevant policies and procedures you have in place... After fifteen years managing care and supported housing, including eight years at a senior management level, Nigel launched Faiers Training in 2003. Faiers Training offers training and consultancy to the housing, social care and healthcare sectors. Nigel also served for nine years on a National Housing Association's Management Board and chaired their Housing Management Committee.
