David is an experienced auctioneer. He learnt his skills in Melbourne, commonly regarded as the auction capital of Australia. He has won awards as an auctioneer and competed at the absolute pinnacle of the industry in the Australasian Auction Championships. Apart from property auctions David likes to use his skills raising funds for charities and community groups.
Katariina Lever has recently joined the First National Cairns Central team. Having started in the industry in 2011 Katariina brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
Katariina believes maintaining properties in tip top condition and clear communication is key to ensuring that clients and customers are satisfied and their properties remain viable investments whilst under management. She also believes having strong work relationships with the tradesmen ensures, maintenance works are completed to high standards on time and budget.
Katariina considers herself a Cairns local having lived here most of her life. Katariina bought her first investment property here in Cairns and later on purchased/renovated and sold multiple more.
