Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University.

Brad A. Galbraith is the Managing Partner at GW Law, PLLC's Naples and Indianapolis offices. He focuses on providing creative, cutting-edge estate, tax, and business planning advice to business owners and other wealthy individuals. Brad is board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar Association.
Brad began his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant. After switching to the practice of law and seeing the ineffectiveness and inefficiency of traditional planning methods, he endeavored to find a better way to assist his clients with estate, tax and business planning. As an estate planning attorney, he developed a model designed to provide clients with comprehensive, personalized estate, tax and business succession plans that withstand the test of time.
Brad maintains an Indiana CPA license and has taught estate and tax planning to CPAs and attorneys at conferences and continuing education events throughout the United States. Additionally, Brad is the co-author of an extensive continuing education program for CPAs which has been published and distributed nationally. That program, entitled Estate Planning for CPAs, has also been presented to thousands of CPAs throughout the United States. Brad is also the author of several books, including: Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts Line By Line, Family Limited Partnership Agreement Line By Line, Family LLC Operating Agreements Line By Line, and is co-author of Disinherit The IRS, Don't Die Until You've Read This Book, The Four Corners: Where Your Estate Plan Becomes A Living Legacy, and The Florida Domicile Handbook.
Carina Arias is the Chief Operating Officer for Galbraith Weatherbie Law. In this role, she oversees the firm's administrative functions such as office management, human resources, accounting, and finance. Ms. Arias is a certified legal administrative specialist and has worked in the legal field for over 20 years.
Christopher Gero Prado is an associate attorney at Galbraith Weatherbie Law in the firm's Naples office. Mr. Gero Prado earned his Bachelor's Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and thereafter earned his J.D., Summa Cum Laude, from Ave Maria School of Law. While attending Ave Maria, Mr. Gero Prado was active in the school's Estate Planning Clinic and a member of the Moot Court Board. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation at the University of Florida. Christopher practices in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Dakota Smith is a legal assistant with GW Law in the firm's Indianapolis office. Ms. Smith has worked in the legal field since 2016. Dakota earned her Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis, Indiana.
In her free time, Dakota enjoys spending time with family, attending concerts, reading and is an active member and volunteer at her church.

Joel W. Thorp is a Senior Associate Attorney with GW Law in the firm's Indianapolis office. He practices in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.
Mr. Thorp received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2004 where he also completed a specialized law and business core curricula in coordination with the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. He graduated from Wheaton College in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and theology. He maintained this dual interest in law and ministry, initially working with a large Indianapolis law firm before invited to join the ministry staff at his church for two years and then returning to a smaller Indianapolis law firm to lead their estate and business services groups for 13 years.
Joel is a problem solver and relishes the opportunity to simplify complex topics as a means to help clients use brilliant legal tools. His past ministry experience also affords skills to serve and understand in matters of great personal importance.
Jonas B. Weatherbie, J.D., LL.M. is a Partner at Galbraith Weatherbie Law. Mr. Weatherbie practices in the area of estate and tax planning and trust and estate administration. Mr. Weatherbie's experience includes large investment firms and boutique law firms, concentrating in assisting clients in estate planning and wealth preservation.
Mr. Weatherbie frequently holds forums with other professionals in an effort to provide individuals with a better understanding of estate planning, tax planning and asset protection.
A Dean's List student and Varsity Letter winner at the University of Kansas, Mr. Weatherbie also received a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana, his law degree from Southern University Law Center and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Weatherbie's education and qualifications demonstrate his dedication to and knowledge in these concentrated areas of practice.
Mr. Weatherbie continues to stay connected in the community by devoting his time for various causes and events, and by maintaining his devoted support to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Autism Awareness.

Lisa Angione is a legal assistant with GW Law in the firm's Naples, office. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a paralegal and legal assistant for over twenty years, primarily in estate planning, real estate, personal injury, and criminal defense law, both in Florida and New Hampshire. Lisa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Notre Dame College in New Hampshire.
In 2020, Lisa made her home in Naples where she enjoys catching rays at the beautiful Florida beaches, stand-up paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating, sunsets, bicycling, travel, dinners out at local restaurants, and spending time with her Yorkshire Terrier Jake.
Mary Gay is a Legal Assistant with Galbraith Weatherbie Law in the firm's Naples office. She was previously a Legal Assistant at another Naples trust and estate planning law firm. Mary was the Legal Department Supervisor for a global Naples-based medical device manufacturing corporation for ten years. An Illinois native, she worked as a Legal Assistant for the State Appellate Defender's Office for eight years.
Mary moved to Naples in 2011 and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Hodges University.
Robert "Bobby" T. Carroll is a Partner with Galbraith Weatherbie Law in the firm's Naples office. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from NYU School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Indiana, and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in the area of Wills, Trusts & Estates.
Shari Brousseau is the Director of Operations. In her role at GW Law she will be responsible for scheduling Brad's appointments. She will also be working as our client liaison. Shari has an extensive background working as an Executive Assistant and has also handled many aspects of office management.
Shari attended Butler University and Indiana University in Indianapolis. She received her Associate of Science Degree in Public Affairs in 1995.
