Aileen R. Schwartz is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Americas and Chief Privacy Officer. Her responsibilities include contract and lease review and negotiation, litigation management, mergers and acquisitions, advising on employment law, human resource investigations, implementation and compliance worldwide with privacy laws, and response and prevention to cybersecurity breaches. Prior to joining Hill, Ms. Schwartz was General Counsel to The Quaker Group, a privately owned company that specialized in real estate development and construction. She also served as President of Quaker Construction, Inc., Human Resource Coordinator, and Corporate Secretary to The Quaker Group. Ms. Schwartz is a generalist and has extensive experience within a wide variety of areas, including corporate, litigation, contracts, insurance, employment, privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate and construction law. Ms. Schwartz earned a B.A. in Fine Arts and English from The University of Pennsylvania, College of Arts and Sciences, and a J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia. Elise Greenspan is Hill International's Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for providing expert and legal advice to management, setting internal governance policies, anticipating and managing corporate legal risks, dealing with external parties, meeting legal challenges, and staying aware of how the legislative environment could impact Hill's business and our employees. Ms. Greenspan comes to Hill after a long and successful career with AECOM, where she served in roles of increasingly complexity and responsibility for more than 20 years, including Vice President & Assistant General Counsel Litigation; Vice President, Chief Counsel Northeast; Vice President, Assistant General Counsel Global Litigation; and Vice President, Chief Counsel Northeast & Global Transportation. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York, Albany. She is also admitted to the Bar of New York.

Elizabeth J. Zipf, LEED AP BD+C, is Senior Vice President in charge of the company's global marketing efforts. Ms. Zipf has more than 30 years of experience in the AEC industry in marketing, branding, corporate communications, business development strategy, long-term business planning, and managing staff across multiple offices. She has been accountable for the quality and consistency of marketing and communications materials, researching industry trends and opportunities, developing long-term marketing strategies, and supporting senior principals in all their marketing and business development efforts. Ms. Zipf is a member of the Construction Management Association of America, U.S. Green Building Council, Society of Marketing Professional Services, Society of Military Engineers and American Public Transportation Association. Ms. Zipf completed coursework at Rowan University and is a LEED Accredited Professional, Building Design and Construction.

J. Charles "Chuck" Levergood, with more than three decades of experience in strategic business development, is Hill's Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Prior to this role, Mr. Levergood served as Senior Vice President, Major Pursuits and Corporate Clients, where he provided expertise on projects across multiple industry sectors. As CGO, Mr. Levergood leads global business development and sales initiatives, and works closely with company leaders to expand the customer base; achieve optimal sales and client satisfaction; and mentor, coach, and train other professionals in best practices for marketing and sales.

Jose Luis Romero Hidalgo is Senior Vice President, General Counsel International and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Romero is responsible for reviewing and assisting in bid and tender opportunities, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and litigation management. He is also responsible for assisting with labor issues and handling insurance and risk issues as well as compliance and corporate matters. Prior to joining Hill, Mr. Romero was Secretary to the Board and Chief Legal Counsel for a Spanish real estate developer, where he managed all corporate legal issues and participated in the design and execution of the firm's business strategy. Mr. Romero also served as Director of the Legal International Department to one of the largest international contractors in Spain. His experience includes projects developed in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. He holds a bachelor's in Law at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a master's degree of Science in Management (Sloan Fellows) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Raouf S. Ghali is Hill's Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Mr. Ghali oversees Hill's operations, implements short-and long-term strategic plans, and grows Hill's businesses in current and new markets. He also acts as the main point-of-contact between GISI's Advisory Board and the Company's operations. Mr. Ghali has been with Hill since 1993, serving in several leadership positions before assuming the CEO title in 2018. He served as President and COO from 2015 to 2018, President of Hill's Project Management Group (International) from 2005 to 2015, Senior Vice President from 2001 to 2004, and Vice President from 1993 to 2001. Over the course of his nearly 30-year career, Mr. Ghali has helped to deliver complex, high-profile building projects for clients around the world, including iconic commercial and high-rise developments, defense facilities, and theme parks in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Mr. Ghali is also fluent in five languages. Mr. Ghali earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Economics and an M.S. in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne.

Shayn Spingler is Senior Vice President Global Information Technology, responsible for the Company's information technology needs throughout the firm's offices around the world. Ms. Spingler has 30 years of Information Technology experience, including with Hill International during which time she was Vice President of Management and Technical Services and Director of Systems and Development. She is responsible for leading Hill's strategy to improve efficiency and technology advancements for the firm's software product solutions and network and server architecture. She also oversees multi-million-dollar global IT budget, including IT strategy, support services, ERP solutions, infrastructure, and vendor management and contract negotiations. Additionally, Ms. Spingler is responsible for all cyber-security measures, as well as IT compliance with NIST and GDPR. Her previous experience included spending more than 11 years at AAA Mid-Atlantic leading their Applications, Data/BI, e-Commerce Development and Integration teams. She holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science/Business from Kutztown University.

Thomas Kahl, PE, serves as Hill's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Hill in 2023, Mr. Kahl served as CFO for GEI Consultants, a national engineering and geotechnical consulting firm. Mr. Kahl held this role for more than 11 years, maintaining financial records, overseeing management of accounting and financial systems, evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities, and reporting on financial performance to the board and executive leadership. Mr. Kahl first joined GEI as an environmental and geotechnical engineering in 1989. Mr. Kahl holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, also from Tufts University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts.

Tiffany Harmon Banks is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer in charge of the company's HR initiatives throughout the Americas. In this role, Ms. Banks develops and executes strategic human resources plans that ensure professional development, HR policy and procedure development, benefit management, organizational design and leadership, compensation administration, Hill's human resource information system, and retention initiatives are all aligned with the company's goals and strategic plans. Ms. Banks has worked in Hill's corporate headquarters since 2008 and has more than 20 years of HR experience in fields including law, media, finance, and construction. In addition, Ms. Banks is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

William H. Dengler Jr. is Hill's Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities include providing day-to-day leadership and strategic advice to our regional leaders, leveraging his legal and business background, his decades of experience with Hill, and his knowledge of the company's clients and services. Mr. Dengler also drives Hill's organizational vision and mission, company-wide goal setting and performance management, and supports recruiting, training, and career advancement efforts at a high-level. Mr. Dengler joined Hill in 2001 and served as General Counsel until 2018, upon which he assumed the role of Hill's Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Dengler also served as Corporate Secretary for the company and its subsidiaries worldwide.
