Brien J. Nagle

Brien Nagle graduated with a BS in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame in 1971. He worked for Haskins & Sells, a predecessor of Deloitte and Touche, in San Francisco for two (2) years, where he received his Certified Public Accountant designation. Brien returned to Notre Dame for law school and graduated and was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1976. He has spent his entire career practicing law in Naperville - initially with Nadelhoffer, Hennessy, Dommermuth and Brestal, where he became a partner in 1982, then as a founding principal with Nadelhoffer, Nagle, Kuhn, Mitchell, Moss & Saloga from 1983 to 1992, and finally with his current firm of Nagle & Higgins, PC which he founded in 1992 with Patricia Higgins, which later became Nagle Obarski PC, when Rebecca Boyd-Obarski partnered with the firm. Brien represents over 100 businesses and has been involved with over 80 business purchases, sales or mergers. He was formerly a director of Old Kent Bank in Illinois, a predecessor to Fifth Third Bank, and also a director of Allied First Bank, sb of Oswego, Illinois. He is presently on the Board of Directors of BG Products, Inc., a large manufacturing company in Wichita, Kansas. Brien has been involved with a number of civic endeavors. He has served on numerous not-for-profit boards and is a past President of the Naperville Jaycees, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Millennium Carillon Foundation. He has provided pro bono legal services in the organization of the DuPage Community Foundation, the Naperville Area Chamber Political Action Committee, the Naperville Development Partnership, the Wheatland Plow Match Association and Ecumenical Adult Day Care. Brien has coached baseball and basketball for a number of years at various age levels and is a member of the DuPage Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Rotary Club of Naperville, the Naperville Knights of Columbus, White Eagle Golf Club and St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Ian Holzhauer

Ian is a Naperville native and graduate of Naperville North High School. He received a full academic scholarship from the University of Florida, where he graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in History, summa cum laude. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude from Georgetown University in 2007. After being admitted to the Illinois bar, Ian served as a uniformed attorney in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General's (J.A.G.) Corps from 2007 until 2014. Today Ian assists business clients with transactional work, and helps individuals with estate planning, trusts, and probate matters. He also handles commercial and residential real estate matters. Ian is a husband and father of four. His children are involved in swim team, Kids Kabaret, and attend District 203 schools. The family enjoys reading, running, and visiting grandparents. Ian is a Councilman for the City of Naperville, focusing on environmental issues, affordability, and promoting respect in the community. Additionally, he serves as pro bono counsel for Naperville Responds for Veterans, and previously served on the board of Naperville Community Television Channel 17 (NCTV 17) and as Board Chair for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. He was named one of the NACC's "Four Under Forty" for 2017 and was featured on NCTV 17, discussing, among other topics, his philosophy as a lawyer and his path to becoming an estate planning attorney.
