Mr. Rahim founded the Galana Group in 1991. With 40 years experience in the Petroleum Industry, he continues to spearhead the Group as Chairman. Prior to establishing Galana, Mr. Rahim worked for over twenty years in a leading French Oil Multinational, where he developed their Africa & Middle East Petroleum Portfolio. Mr. Rahim also has interests in the FMCG, Telecom, Real Estate, & Hospitality industries. Mr. Rahim is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the United Kingdom. He is an avid golf player and a philanthropist.

Mr. Gunness joined the Galana Group as an investor and shareholder in the year 2000. He is the founder and Chairman of Unicorn (MSJ Ltd), a leading Importer/Promoter/Distributor of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Products in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean Islands. Mr. Gunness has a Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from the United Kingdom. He is an active member of the Rotary club and an avid golf player.

Ravi has over 24 years of business experience in Midstream and Downstream Oil, Telecommunications and Hospitality. He has many years of experience in managing Trade and Corporate finance. He has also extensive knowledge of M&A, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit. Prior to Joining Galana Group, Ravi had occupied Senior Manager Position at BDO and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Mauritius. Ravi has a Degree of Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick and he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.

Rizwan has 16 years of business experience in Midstream & Downstream Oil, Telecommunications, Hospitality, and Multi-Media. Rizwan is currently an Executive Director in the Corporate Office and sits on the Board of the Galana Group. Rizwan has a B.A. in International Relations from Yale University, a postgraduate degree in Economics from Columbia University, and an Executive M.B.A. from London Business School. Rizwan enjoys pursuing filmmaking & photography in his free time.

Naila has 18 years of business experience in the FMCG & Petroleum Mid Stream/ Downstream Industries. She has also recently added online retail & e commerce to her commercial experience. Prior to establishing the Group's Corporate Office, Naila was Head of Trade Finance at GPL. She is currently an Executive Director in the Corporate Office and sits on the Board of the Galana Group. Naila has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, a postgraduate degree in Photo Journalism from the ICP in New York, and an Executive M.B.A. from London Business School. Naila is a free-lance photographer in her free time, and runs an NGO which focuses on empowering women and orphans.
