The educational professionals at L.E.A.D Virtual Learning are experienced in providing tutoring services to students with a wide range of pre-academic and academic needs. Our tutoring program is designed to provide personalized learning support. Students are given a baseline assessment during their initial visit and progress monitoring is provided continuously. A certified teacher/administrator can be made available to support and attend parent conferences... Here at LEAD, we understand the importance of providing educational support to a diverse community of parents. We work to train administrators, certificated, and classified staff members in cultural competency to ensure they are making meaningful connections with the community... Transformation and change can be difficult. However, change can be even harder if we feel unsupported and uncertain. LEAD works closely with districts and sites to ensure we make teachers, coaches, and principals feel confident, empowered and refined.
