Additionally, she has over 12 years of bankruptcy experience, in which she has a unique approach as she has worked for both Debtor and Creditor firms. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and volunteering.

Prior to forming McBryan, LLC, he was a founding partner of a creditors rights boutique law firm. Lou was the Partner in charge of the Bankruptcy Section.
Marie is a French lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in commercial and corporate transactions. She is registered with the French and Georgia Bar, Marie Brigitte Belgioino focused her practice both on Foreign Direct Investments in Singapore and Shanghai and commercial and corporate transactions in France. Newly licensed as a lawyer in Georgia State, the new challenge is to orientate her practice not only in U.S. corporate transactions and cross-border transactions between French-speaking clients and the U.S. but also in representing clients in commercial litigation and general corporate law. Marie speaks English, French, and Italian fluently and conversational Spanish.
