Pendleton Place was founded by Dre'a Pendleton in 2017. Pendleton Place is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse. Dre'a has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years specializing in adult home care, geriatrics and dementia care. Pendleton Place is a 501c3 organization providing affordable housing for the elderly and disabled in the Greater Baltimore area. We offer a comfortable and affordable alternative to a nursing institution. Located in the Historic Hamilton District, our residential home is specifically designed to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled who require assistance with activities of daily living. With assistance from our highly trained staff, we provide quality care for people with mental illness, dementia, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injury... Hundreds of thousands of Americans utilize assisted living. Thousands that need assistance cannot afford it. Pendleton Place helps to make it affordable.
