Andrew is a driven professional who has founded multiple successful ventures across various sectors. Andrew brings a specific skillset to the team in scaling businesses through prudent capital allocation, strategic marketing, and grit. Andrew is experienced in operations level leadership and management during the early stages of businesses. Andrew serves as director of IQ Energy, a clean energy waste processing technology company based out of Calgary, AB and Norcast Concrete, a pre-cast and concrete supply company based out of Prince Albert, SK. Andrew is experienced in financing and operating companies while achieving strong profitable returns.
Dr. Charles Sivanantha graduated in 2012 from the University of Queensland School of Dentistry where he also received an award for academic excellence. After working in Australia for several years, he made the move to Alberta where he grew 5 successful dental practices. Dr. Sivanantha enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a keen interest in orthodontics and preventive dentistry. He enjoys volunteering and mentoring and has contributed his dental skills to numerous charitable organizations as well as James Cook University in Queensland where he was a clinical supervisor for 2nd and 3rd year dental students. Having spent much time in rural practices during the early years of his career, Dr. Sivanantha has a unique insight into the management protocols and systems required to grow both metropolitan and regional/rural practices.
Dr. Damian Malinowski graduated from the University of Saskatchewan School of Dentistry in 2004. He has practiced at and owned a few dental clinics over the years, and founded Langford Dental in early 2016. Langford Dental proudly has grown year by year to serve the wonderful Westshore Community.
Dr. Malinowski enjoys practicing all aspects of general family dentistry, but has really found an interest in surgery. He has over 16 years experience in placing implants, performing bone grafts, gum grafts, and extracting wisdom teeth. He has been certified by the Dental College of B.C to perform oral and IV sedation for his patients. This has proven to be a wonderful addition to his practice, especially with the surgical procedures Dr. Malinowski performs.
Dr. Viet Tran began his education in Ottawa, Ontario where he grew up. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from Ottawa University in 1999, he then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Saskatchewan. His main focus for the past 18 years in private practice has been orthodontics and complex surgical procedures. He continually educates himself on the most current treatments and materials out there to remain at the cutting edge of the dental field. Dr. Tran is a driven entrepreneur who owns and operates over 20 dental practices across Alberta. His patient focused approach and guided mentorship to his staff at every practice has allowed him to grow his patient base, as well as his clinical reputation within the field.
Scott is an experienced entrepreneur who brings a wealth of hands-on business experience to the team. Scott has held previous roles as the Chief Operating Officer, Director and founding partner of Saturn Oil + Gas, (TSXV: SOIL) and the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Royal Helium (TSXV: RHC). Through these ventures, Scott gained significant experience in corporate strategy, capital markets, business development and operations. Scott took both of these previous ventures from inception to over $100 million in market value. Scott has served as an advisor, executive and director to numerous private and public companies.
