A former figure skater and coach, Rachel started practicing yoga to help with chronic pain and tightness from an old spinal injury.
Rachel has been teaching yoga since 2013, and is certified in a range of mindful movement modalities. She is currently the owner/director of Modo Yoga Brooklin.
