Ann Larson

Ann is a labor and delivery nurse at Sutter Davis hospital in Davis, CA. She has extensive experience teaching the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and is a certified instructor for the Helping Babies Survive course.

Dr. Christina Kinnevey

Dr. David Douglas

Dr. David Douglas has enjoyed humanitarian radiology for several years and plans to do this throughout his lifetime. (link to his first humanitarian radiology trip in 2012).

Dr. Kathy Douglas

Dr. Kathy Douglas is a PhD psychologist and professor in Florida. She is providing training to the providers on how to deliver bad news to patients and conducting mental health assessments.

Dr. Michael Kawooya

  • Professor of Radiology in the Country
Dr. Michael Kawooya is the Professor of Radiology in the Country of Uganda and has extensive knowledge and experience in radiological capabilities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Dr. Robert Douglas

  • Founder and Technical Support Leader
Dr. Robert Douglas is a successful entrepreneur and engineer. He is thrilled to collaborate with his son, David, to do such meaningful work.

Dr. Roma Amin

Dr. Roma Amin is a family medicine resident at the Ohio Health Family Medicine Residency Program. She assisted with Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics course.

Dr. Sarah Sams

Dr. Sarah Sams is a family medicine physician and faculty member who also practices OB at Ohio Health residency program. Dr. Sams is currently chair of the American Academy of Family Physicians Commission on Governmental Advocacy. Dr. Sams is certified instructor for the Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics.

Dr. Tonny Tumwesigye

Dr. Tonny Tumwesigye is the executive director of the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau. He is responsible for overseeing the clinical care at the 12 uganda clinics.

Mr. Reed Oppenheimer

Mr. Reed Oppenheimer is an philanthropist with work throughout Africa, South America and Asia. He helped found the Grameen Foundation, which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for work in micro-loans getting many people out of poverty.
