Elaine Robinson

Elaine pushes the boundaries, looking for the extra something that might just make the client see something differently or learn something new. She is a perfectionist, determined that every deliverable is as good as it can be. In a ten year career at McKinsey, Elaine set up the Business and Economics Research Group, worked in financial services and public sector research teams, and was part of a number of local and global research initiatives. She has also worked as a researcher at Egon Zehnder and information specialist at Thomson Reuters.

Laura Barrett

Pragmatic and productive, with a talent for homing in on exactly the right data and best insights, Laura keeps us on target and on track. She makes sure the focus stays on what is possible, what the clients need and the deadline. At McKinsey in London, Laura had research and management roles in the Public Sector Practice, the Manufacturing Practice, and the Business and Economics Group. Prior to that, Laura was part of the Economic Policy and Statistics team at the House of Commons, working with MPs, and also enjoyed a stint at the Home Office.
