Abrar leads Turner International and is the senior leader of our operations in Canada, as well as our West Coast, and Central regions of the United States. And, as a member of our Senior Leadership Team, he helps develop company-wide priorities and address key strategic business issues.
Abrar joined our Kansas City office in 1997, serving in roles of increasing responsibility and gaining experience on a diverse portfolio of projects before moving to Texas to lead the Interiors Group in 2004. Ben has successfully led his teams in constructing dozens of projects in the healthcare environment. He is a skillful and reliable construction manager known for his professionalism, excellent communication skills, and dedicated approach to clients, designers, and trade partners in achieving mutually successful outcomes on every project.
Ben attended the University of Tennessee and holds a degree in Architecture. During his tenure with Turner, he has served in various roles, showcasing his versatility and depth of experience, including positions as an Assistant Engineer, Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, BIM Manager, Healthcare Preconstruction Manager, and Preconstruction Director.

A collaborative and innovative communicator, Bianca elevates awareness of opportunities through active storytelling and strategic engagement. As Vice President and Operations Manager, Brad is responsible for operational leadership and the construction performance for the Nashville office.
Brad manages the direction and control of project planning, execution, risk management, resource management, and administration. He supervises staff resources to ensure the goals established for work-in-place, budget, earnings, and new sales are met. He promotes, enforces, and ensures operational procedures and policies are established up front and maintained so all project objectives are achieved.
He has 30 years of construction industry experience, 26 of which have been with Turner. Brad started with Turner as a special projects division (SPD) project manager and has advanced progressively through more responsible positions including SPD senior project manager, project manager, senior project manager, and project executive.
Notable projects in Brad's portfolio include the One South Dearborn Office Tower in Chicago, Illinois; Broadwest, Nashville, Tennessee; 1200 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee; Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and Cookeville Regional Medical Center North Patient Bed Tower Expansion, Cookeville, Tennessee.

Brett is the Business Development Manager for Silicon Valley, connecting, strengthening and leading marketing, procurement and operational leadership in pursuits.
Brett joined Turner Construction since 2009, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego. In his 12+ years at Turner, Brett has held a variety of roles, including Field Engineer, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Cost Engineer, and SPD Project Manager.
His past projects have spanned several market segments, including aviation, commercial, higher education, sports, and light industrial. In 2021, Brett relocated from San Diego to the South Bay to fill the Business Development Manager position for Turner's Silicon Valley office.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter on the beach or in the Santa Cruz Mountains. His stress relief is by way of golf, basketball, and working out, as well as writing poetry for toddlers.

Christa leads our Finance, Information Services, and Insurance Groups with responsibility for maintaining our strong balance sheet, providing strategic evaluations of growth opportunities, and creating value for stakeholders. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, she also helps develop company-wide priorities and address key strategic business issues.
Christa joined us in 2013 as Vice President and Controller, expanding her leadership with a promotion to Senior Vice President in 2017. She was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2021.
Before working with us, Christa held several positions with Harman International, Inc., from operational internal auditor to Vice President and Corporate Controller responsible for fiscal leadership and cost management for the firm's Lifestyle, Infotainment, and Professional divisions in Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Dan Wheeler is the Regional Vice President and General Manager. He provides senior leadership and strategic direction and control over construction planning, project execution, risk management and resource management.
Dan has overseen Northern California's Special Projects Division (SPD) and Self-Perform Operations (SPO) and has since held operations positions including Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Executive, Business Development Manager, and Sacramento General Manager. Dan serves as Vice President & Regional General Manager for the company's Florida operations, with overall responsibility for the Miami, Orlando, and Tampa offices.
In 1998, Dan began his career at Turner in New Jersey, rising to Project Superintendent. His expertise shone in the nationwide Aviation Security Project (2002), upgrading security in 447 US airports. Moving to Miami in 2004, he excelled in leadership roles, showcasing strategic thinking. In 2013, he became Vice President & General Manager of Orlando Business Unit, a springboard to his current impactful role. Dan holds a Construction Management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Beyond work, he serves on the boards of Make-A-Wish® Central and Northern Florida, and Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, showcasing his dedication to community upliftment. Mike leads our Global Development Group, which focuses on strategic growth in our core business, and expansion of our capabilities and services offerings across market segments. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, he also helps develop company-wide priorities and address key strategic business issues.
Mike joined Turner in 1987 as an assistant superintendent, quickly taking on more responsibility and gaining experience on a wide variety of projects before establishing and leading the company's Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Group in 1995. He was promoted to Vice President three years later.
In 2003, Mike was named Vice President and General Manager of our Philadelphia office, and in 2006 he was named Regional General Manager, with responsibility for our offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Maryland. He was named Senior Vice President in 2010, expanding his leadership to include oversight of our market segment groups and establishing a Global Sales Group. He again expanded his leadership in 2014, taking on operational responsibility for our West Coast operations. Mike was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2015.

Pat is the senior leader responsible for our Northeast Region. He also manages our partial ownership of E.E. Cruz, a New York City-based heavy construction company.
Pat began his career with Turner in 1984. He gained experience on a wide variety of projects and advanced quickly through roles of increasing responsibility, earning a promotion to Vice President and Regional Business Manager in 1998. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of our New Jersey office before leaving the New York region in 1993 for Texas. Pat was named Executive Vice President in 2005, returning to his New York roots and expanding his leadership.
In addition to his organizational leadership, Pat serves on the board of several prominent, industry organizations, including the Building Trades Employers' Association (BTEA), the Contractors' Association of Greater New York (CAGNY), the New York City Construction Industry Safety Council, Daytop Advisory Committee, Non-Traditional Employment for Women and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.

Peter Davoren - CEO, Chairman, President
Peter was appointed President of Turner in 2003 and Chief Executive Officer in 2007.
Under his leadership we have grown in important ways. We are expanding our presence in North America and key markets in Asia, Europe, and India, adopting emerging technologies, developing new client-facing services, advancing diversity and equity throughout our organization, and creating an ever-more inclusive environment in which our people can be at their best, be authentic, and be treated with respect and dignity. All of these have helped earn us recognition as a great place to work.
Peter is dedicated to improving the economic viability of local- woman- and minority-owned small businesses and has overseen a continuous expansion of our work to build relationships with and create opportunities for these growing firms.
He has also made a commitment to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and water consumption of our jobsite operations by 50 percent by 2030, which reduces the impact of our work on our neighbors, as well as the environment.

Tom leads our Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Ohio regions, as well as our Federal Services group. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, he also helps develop company-wide priorities and address key strategic business issues.
Tom began his career with us in 1987, serving first as a field engineer and eventually leading the delivery of diverse projects-many of which have earned recognition for building excellence and sustainability. He was named Vice President in 2003, later expanding his leadership to serve as Vice President and General Manager of offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Mid-Atlantic region, and Vice President and Operations Manager of our Federal Services group. He was named Executive Vice President in 2019.
Known for his commitment to community service, Tom has been recognized for his engagement and dedication by NAIOP, and the Boy Scouts of America, Daytop. Tracy is the Human Resources Director for Chicago and Turner's North Central Region. In this role she is responsible for directing and planning all phases of human resources.
In Tracy's combined industry experience exceeding 30 years, she has managed multiple facets of human resources in both profit and not-for-profit industries. For the past 16 years Tracy has held several integral Human Resource (HR) positions at Turner Construction. In this role she partners and collaborates with each business units' leadership, to focus on establishing a strong, employee-centric culture. This is evidenced by Turner's numerous awards including but not limited to Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Elite Winner and Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. Turner Chicago has also been featured in HR Magazine and IL SHRM Magazine. Tracy has B. A. degree from St. Olaf College, earned several certifications from IFEBP, and was awarded WEBA Honorable Mention for her visionary and leadership accomplishments within the employee benefits community. She holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations. On her time off, Tracy likes to spend time with her family in Wisconsin.

Victor leads our business development and initial customer engagement efforts in the Bay area. He connects marketing, preconstruction and operational leaders to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and design partners.
After working as an architect for six years, Victor joined Turner's New York business unit in 2014. In New York's Interiors Division, Victor served as a Superintendent and an Engineer across multiple projects. Victor moved to the Bay Area in 2018 and took on SPD Projects as both Superintendent and Project Manager. Victor is an Associate Board Member for the Bay Area Chapter. He is also a member of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce's DE&I Committee

Bill keeps close ties to the contractor market and acts as a liaison for embodied carbon footprint expertise to the Upstate NY offices.
