BRAVE has its roots in the successful Hawke's Bay Police Wahine Toa programme - established in 2001 by Senior Constable Sue Guy and Sergeant Su Robinson... At BRAVE, we help survivors by building their resilience, promoting their wellbeing and encouraging them to fulfil their potential... Through the BRAVE community. Young women make a range of connections - professional and personal - they can draw on to build their resilience and wellbeing. Friendships formed through BRAVE provide vital support and combat feelings of isolation and loneliness.
