My parents came here by boat and have since had 8 children. We're a big family and we sure know how to eat. Mum and Dad have been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and everything they know wasn't exactly taught to them at uni like it is now. Mum kinda invented her own recipes based on what she could see and taste meanwhile Dad uses logic and science to put together the dishes that he experiences. Together, you've got a mix of natural talent and science. Result? An explosion of flavours that you can't get anywhere else in Brisbane.
